Uzun s\u00fcredir uzaktan e\u011fitim dolay\u0131s\u0131yla evlerine d\u00f6nen \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in tekrar okula d\u00f6nme vakti geldi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kiral\u0131k ev fiyatlar\u0131 cep yakacak!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Turk Emlak Haber Ajans\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya neden olacak kiral\u0131k ev konusunu ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Turyap temsilciliklerinden edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re konunun sadece \u00f6\u011frencilerle ilgili olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi. Uzun zamand\u0131r yeni konut projesi yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 sebebiyle, var olan sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlardaki fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n etkili oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Bitmi\u015f bina sto\u011funun azalmas\u0131,kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerinin tekrar canlanmas\u0131, pandemi nedeniyle kapal\u0131 \u00fcn\u00fcversitelerin yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lacak olmas\u0131, bunun yan\u0131nda deprem endi\u015felerinin g\u00fcndeme gelmesi gibi nedenler kiral\u0131k konutlara talebi s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z oranda art\u0131rd\u0131. Pandemi&#8217;den sonra yeni konut \u00fcretimi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in insanlar kiral\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6neldi. Kiral\u0131k s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n nedeni \u00f6\u011frenciler de\u011fil, genel bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 var. Fiyatlar y\u00fczde y\u00fcz artt\u0131 diyebiliriz. Urla Merkezde 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir binada bulunan bir 3+1 do\u011falgazl\u0131 dairenin fiyat\u0131 2.500 TL, 1+1 ve 2+1 yeni diyebilece\u011fimiz yap\u0131lardaki evlerin kiral\u0131k fiyatlar\u0131 ise 1.500-2.000 TL band\u0131nda seyretmektedir. \u00dcniversite etraf\u0131nda G\u00fclbah\u00e7e mevkisinde bulunan kiral\u0131k 1+1 e\u015fyal\u0131 ve e\u015fyas\u0131z evlerin ortalama fiyatlar\u0131 ise 1.500-1.750 TL bantlar\u0131nda seyretmektedi. Son iki y\u0131lda ev kiralar\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu 1+1 dairelerin pandemi nedeniyle bo\u015f kalmas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu dairelere yans\u0131mad\u0131. \u015eu anda e\u015fyal\u0131 1+1 \u00fcniversite b\u00f6lgesindeki daireler 1.000-1.200 TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gidiyor. &#8221; diyerek s\u00f6zlerini tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kiral\u0131k daire bulmakta zorlan\u0131yoruz<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kayseri ili de di\u011fer \u015fehirlerde oldu\u011fu gibi kiral\u0131k konutlarda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 \u00e7eken \u015fehirlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na az bir zaman kalmas\u0131 nedeniyle ilerleyen d\u00f6nemde s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n katlanarak artaca\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen\u00a0<strong>Turyap Kayseri Melikgazi Temsilcilisi Cavid \u00d6zden \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sat\u0131l\u0131k dairenin \u00e7ok olmas\u0131, kiral\u0131k dairelerin az olmas\u0131 sonucunu do\u011furuyor.
