Bu gelir hedefimize ula\u015fmam\u0131zda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kilometre ta\u015f\u0131\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Akbal, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya bir konutu bug\u00fcn ortalama 150 bin dolardan sat\u0131yorsak, 2025\u2019te bu rakam\u0131 225 bin dolara y\u00fckseltmek ve \u00c7in, Hong Kong, Singapur, Hindistan ve Pakistan\u2019\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Afrika \u00fclkeleri gibi yeni pazarlara e\u011filmek planlar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda. Fakat yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n pek \u00e7o\u011funun da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sorun ya\u015famak i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve konut kredisi alan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n son derece risksiz krediler ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Bu nedenle finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ve bankalar\u0131 bu konuda biraz daha cesaretli olmaya, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 potansiyelin fark\u0131na varmaya ve finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak buradaki katma de\u011feri g\u00f6rerek ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na ellerini koymaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesini yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ABD\u2019den Rusya\u2019ya yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n kripto para ile \u00f6demeye artan talebini \u0131skalamamal\u0131y\u0131z<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gayrimenkulde kripto para ile \u00f6demeye artan bir talep oldu\u011funu da kaydeden Akbal, \u201c\u00dcyelerimizden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bilgiler do\u011frultusunda, ABD\u2019den Rusya ve Avrupa\u2019ya kadar pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkeye yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda kripto ile \u00f6deme taleplerinde art\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z konusu.\u00a0Merkez\u00a0Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kripto paralar\u0131n \u00f6demelerde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yasaklayan y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi Nisan ay\u0131nda ya\u015fama ge\u00e7mi\u015fti.\u00a0Kripto para al\u0131m sat\u0131m\u0131nda denetimi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek yasa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ise Ekim&#8217;de Meclis&#8217;e sunulmas\u0131 bekleniyor. \u00d6demelere ili\u015fkin k\u0131sm\u0131n da burada sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131, bu noktada de\u011ferlendirmelerinde ise sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde banka kredisinden \u00e7ok yararlanamayan, para transferinde de sorun ya\u015fayan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kripto para ile \u00f6deme talepleri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu talebi \u0131skalamamal\u0131y\u0131z\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kredi verme oran\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 artar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>G\u0130GDER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Tek\u00e7e Overseas Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bayram Tek\u00e7e ise banka ve finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yabanc\u0131 gayrimenkul al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na kredi verme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesinin yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiledi\u011fini kaydetti. T\u00fcrk bankalar\u0131n\u0131n risk derecelendirmesini yapmakta zorland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Tek\u00e7e, \u201cYabanc\u0131lar\u0131n kredi geri \u00f6demede olduk\u00e7a ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 deneyimliyoruz. Bu nedenle finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ekinmeden kredi verebileceklerine inan\u0131yoruz. Kredi kulland\u0131rma oran\u0131 ne kadar artarsa, gayrimenkulde yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar o kadar \u00e7ok y\u00fckselecektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cezayir, Pakistan, Fas gibi \u00fclkeler para transferinde kolayl\u0131k talep ediyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f veren G\u0130GDER Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Baha\u015f Holding CEO\u2019su Abd\u00fcssamet Bahad\u0131r da \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu: \u201cYabanc\u0131 gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye pazar\u0131na g\u00fcven duyuyor. Nakit transferi sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak kripto para ile al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fin yasal altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce tamamlanmas\u0131, bu pazarlar\u0131 kaybetmemek konusunda \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
