Bu sonu\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda \u00d6zak GYO, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m ortaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek kredi notuna sahip \u015firket oldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6zak Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (GYO), ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7ekte yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131labilir kategorisindeki konumu y\u00fckseldi. Uluslararas\u0131 kredi derecelendirme kurulu\u015fu JCR-Eurasia Rating, \u00d6zak GYO i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kredi derecelendirme s\u00fcrecini tamamlayarak \u015firketin uzun vadeli ulusal notunu \u2018AA (Trk)\u2019 ve k\u0131sa vadeli ulusal notunu ise \u2018A-1+ (Trk)\u2019 olarak belirledi. Notlara ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmleri ise \u2018stabil\u2019 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece \u00d6zak GYO\u2019nun gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve g\u00fcvenilir markalar\u0131ndan birisi oldu\u011fu kredi notunu artmas\u0131yla bir kez daha teyit edilmi\u015f oldu.\u00a0 JCR-Eurasia Rating\u2019in de\u011ferlendirme notunun a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00d6zak GYO, gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m ortaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kredi notu en y\u00fcksek olan \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r temsilcisi konumuna da geldi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00dcLKEM\u0130Z\u0130N POTANS\u0130YEL\u0130NE \u0130NANIYORUZ<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00d6zak GYO Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Akbal\u0131k<\/strong>,\u00a0\u201c\u0130yi \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilmi\u015f portf\u00f6y yap\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde sa\u011flam bir finansal yap\u0131m\u0131z ve nakit ak\u0131\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz var. Gayrimenkul portf\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc kira geliri getiren gayrimenkullerden olu\u015fuyor. Uzun vadeli ulusal notumuzun \u2018AA (Trk)\u2019, k\u0131sa vadeli ulusal notumuzun ise \u2018A-1+ (Trk)\u2019 olarak art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015firketimize duyulan g\u00fcveni bir kez daha peki\u015ftirdi. Y\u00fckselen kredi notumuzla birlikte Emlak Konut GYO ve Halk GYO\u2019nun ard\u0131ndan genel s\u0131ralamada kredi derecesi en y\u00fcksek \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc gayrimenkul geli\u015ftiricisi olurken, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r temsilcisi gayrimenkul geli\u015ftiriciler aras\u0131nda ise birinci s\u0131raya yerle\u015fme ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6sterdik. Ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir zeminde y\u00f6netmek ad\u0131na pandemi d\u00f6neminde bile yeni projeler \u00fcretme konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fck ve pandeminin g\u00fc\u00e7 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda konumumuzu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6sterdik.
