Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n may\u0131s ay\u0131nda salg\u0131n\u0131n sert etkileri ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve tam kapatma \u00f6nlemleri ile sanayi \u00fcretimi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde durmu\u015ftu. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 may\u0131s ay\u0131nda da k\u0131smen kapatmalar olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n sanayi \u00fcretimi devam etti. T\u00fcm bu ko\u015fullar i\u00e7inde in\u015faat malzemeleri sanayi \u00fcretiminde y\u00fcksek bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk\u00a0<strong>5<\/strong>\u00a0ay\u0131nda, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>33,2<\/strong>\u00a0olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130\u00e7 talebin canl\u0131 kalmas\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015f pazarlardaki \u00f6nemli talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n etkili olmaya devam etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u00a0 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk\u00a0<strong>5\u00a0<\/strong>ay\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>22<\/strong>\u00a0alt sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn tamam\u0131nda \u00fcretim, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 ocak-may\u0131s d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re art\u0131\u015f sergiledi. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 ocak-may\u0131s d\u00f6neminde yine t\u00fcm alt sekt\u00f6rlerin \u00fcretimi ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7ift haneli ve y\u00fcksek oranlar ile artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>En y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>68,6<\/strong>\u00a0ile tu\u011fla ve kiremit sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Seramik sa\u011fl\u0131k gere\u00e7leri \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>62,5<\/strong>, kilit ve donam\u0131m e\u015fyas\u0131 \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>61,5<\/strong>, demir \u00e7elik radyat\u00f6r \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>54,5<\/strong>, yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 kablolar \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>51<\/strong>\u00a0artt\u0131. Is\u0131tma ve so\u011futma donan\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>45,1<\/strong>, \u00e7imento ve betondan e\u015fyalar \u00fcretimi y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>42,4<\/strong>, plastik in\u015fat malzemeleri \u00fcretimi ise y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>41,9<\/strong>\u00a0b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk\u00a0<strong>5\u00a0<\/strong>ay\u0131nda di\u011fer alt sekt\u00f6rlere g\u00f6re daha yava\u015f \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6steren \u00fcr\u00fcnler metalden kap\u0131 ve pencereler, \u00e7imento ile metal yap\u0131 ve yap\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mevcut in\u015faat i\u015fleri seviyesi temmuzda 8,2 puan y\u00fckseldi \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde mevcut i\u015fler seviyesi temmuz ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re\u00a0<strong>8,2\u00a0<\/strong>puan birden y\u00fckseldi. Temmuz ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren tam a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ge\u00e7ilmesiyle birlikte in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki i\u015flerde de s\u0131\u00e7rama ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ayr\u0131ca temmuz ay\u0131, in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde mevsimsellik ile mevcut i\u015fler seviyesinin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi bir ay oldu. B\u00f6ylece mevcut i\u015fler seviyesinde uzun s\u00fcredir ya\u015fanan dura\u011fanla\u015fma da \u015fimdilik ortadan kalkt\u0131. Ancak in\u015faat maliyetlerindeki art\u0131\u015flar, talep taraf\u0131nda ya\u015fanan durgunluk ve salg\u0131nda olas\u0131 d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc dalga nedeniyle yeni i\u015flerdeki canlanman\u0131n ne kadar s\u00fcrebilece\u011finin belirsiz oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yeni al\u0131nan in\u015faat i\u015fleri seviyesi 2,5 puan artt\u0131 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Al\u0131nan yeni i\u015f sipari\u015fleri temmuz ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re\u00a0<strong>2,5\u00a0<\/strong>puan art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Mevsimsellik ile yeni i\u015f sipari\u015flerinde geleneksel olarak art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanan bir d\u00f6neme girildi ve temmuz ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren tam a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ge\u00e7ilmesinin de etkisiyle yeni ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7lar da art\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Normalle\u015fme yeni i\u015f sipari\u015fleri \u00fczerinde etkisini g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yurt i\u00e7i kredi kullan\u0131m\u0131 yava\u015flad\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda sekt\u00f6rlere verilen destek kredilerinden in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yararlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yurt i\u00e7i kredileri 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>39,6<\/strong>\u00a0artarak\u00a0<strong>321\u00a0<\/strong>milyar TL b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise kredi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n giderek yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 5 ay\u0131nda in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yurt i\u00e7inden kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 krediler sadece y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>6,2<\/strong>\u00a0artarak\u00a0<strong>340,6<\/strong>\u00a0milyar TL oldu. Y\u00fcksek kredi faizleri yeni kredi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131yor. \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kredilerde ise 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk\u00a0<strong>5<\/strong>\u00a0ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>21,1<\/strong>\u00a0art\u0131\u015f oldu ve kredi tutar\u0131\u00a0<strong>23,93<\/strong>\u00a0milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kirac\u0131lar\u0131n oran\u0131 art\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin demografisi konut ve konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli belirleyici olmaya devam ediyor.
