Tasarruf finansman sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in olumlu de\u011ferlendirilen geli\u015fmeyle art\u0131k vatanda\u015flar, g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla onaylanan \u015firketler \u00fczerinden bor\u00e7lanmadan hayallerine kavu\u015fabilecekler.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018Olumlu bir geli\u015fme\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>21 \u015firketin intibak s\u00fcrecini uygun bulmayarak tasfiyesine karar verilmesini sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in olumlu olarak de\u011ferlendirdiklerini belirten Birevim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Av. Mahir Orak \u201cKamuoyunun da takip etti\u011fi \u00fczere tasarruf finansman \u015firketlerini kapsayan yasal d\u00fczenleme, 7 Mart 2021\u2019de Resmi Gazete yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re, tasarruf finansman \u015firketleri belirlenen kriterler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde BDDK\u2019ya intibak ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. BDDK, intibak ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 inceledi ve ba\u015fvuru yapan 21 \u015firketin intibak s\u00fcrecini uygun bulmayarak tasfiyesine karar verdi. Birevim\u2019in de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu 6 \u015firketin intibak ba\u015fvurusunda herhangi bir sorun bulunmuyor. Asl\u0131nda bizim ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bekledi\u011fi bir geli\u015fme. Tasarruf finansman\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok \u015firket kurulmu\u015ftu ve baz\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00f6rnekler sebebiyle sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn itibar\u0131 da olumsuz alg\u0131lan\u0131yordu. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn sadele\u015fti\u011fini, Birevim gibi kurumsal, \u015feffaf ve hesap verebilir \u015firketler ad\u0131na olumlu bir geli\u015fme oldu\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>6 \u015firketin onayland\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130ntibak plan\u0131 onaylanan 6 \u015firketten biri olduklar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Orak, \u201cYasal d\u00fczenleme s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren aktif rol oynad\u0131k. Sekt\u00f6r ad\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde bile Birevim olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck pay\u0131m\u0131z var. 100 milyon TL sermaye \u015fart\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bilgi teknolojileri, hizmet kalitesi ve operasyonel s\u00fcre\u00e7 anlam\u0131nda da yasan\u0131n t\u00fcm gerekliliklerini yerine getirdik ve intibak plan\u0131m\u0131z BDDK taraf\u0131ndan onayland\u0131. Faaliyete ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 2016 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn standartlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc d\u00fczenleyen yasa hen\u00fcz \u00e7\u0131kmadan \u00f6nce yasan\u0131n getirdi\u011fi gereklilikleri uygulayan bir \u015firketiz. \u0130ntibak plan\u0131 dahilinde faaliyete devam izni, s\u00fcrecin gerektirdi\u011fi bir a\u015fama idi. Biz de s\u00fcre\u00e7le birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za h\u0131z kesmeden devam ediyoruz. Hedefimiz, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 3 milyon ki\u015finin tasarruf finansman\u0131yla tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, imk\u00e2nlar\u0131ndan faydalanmas\u0131\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018Art\u0131k g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kat\u0131labilirler\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fczenleme hakk\u0131nda Birevim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Av. Mahir Orak ayr\u0131ca \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cKonut, ta\u015f\u0131t ya da \u00e7at\u0131l\u0131 i\u015f yeri sahibi olmak isteyen tasarruf sahipleri intibak planlar\u0131 onaylanm\u0131\u015f \u015firketlerle ilerleyecekleri i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenilir ve yasal zemine uygun \u015firketlerle tasarruflar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netecekler. Bu sebeple, devletimizin getirdi\u011fi d\u00fczenlemelerle sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn itibar kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve tasarruf sahiplerinin g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bor\u00e7lanmadan hayallerine kavu\u015fabilecekler.<\/p>\n<p>Tasarruf sahiplerine \u00f6zel \u00fcretilen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere dikkat \u00e7eken Orak, \u201cBirlikte Tasarruf Finans\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi ve insan merkezli hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zla konut, ta\u015f\u0131t ya da \u00e7at\u0131l\u0131 i\u015f yeri sahibi olmak isteyenlere \u00f6zel finansal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretiyoruz.
