Motoplus, \u00e7evresiyle uyumu bozmadan fark yaratan bir mekan olarak kurguland\u0131 ve hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapan bir tedarik firmas\u0131 olan\u00a0<strong>Motorplus<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n \u0130stanbul Maslak\u2019taki ofisi birbirinden farkl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7ek ve fonksiyonlarda \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc mimari ve i\u00e7 mimari projelere imza atan\u00a0<strong>Iglo Architects<\/strong>\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan tasarland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mimar\u00a0<strong>Zafer Karo\u011flu<\/strong>\u00a0ve Mimar\u00a0<strong>Esen Akyar Karo\u011flu<\/strong>\u00a0ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki\u00a0<strong>Iglo Architects<\/strong>, Maslak Oto Sanayi 2.K\u0131s\u0131m\u2019da bulunan asma katl\u0131 standart tip at\u00f6lye yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrken s\u0131ra d\u00fczende planlanm\u0131\u015f di\u011fer at\u00f6lyeler aras\u0131nda cephesiyle s\u0131r\u0131tmadan fark\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan bir yap\u0131 tasarlamay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Tasar\u0131mda daha \u00f6nceden ara\u00e7 servisi olarak kullan\u0131lan alana lounge, y\u00f6netici odas\u0131, operasyon ve d\u0131\u015f ticaret b\u00f6l\u00fcmleriyle birlikte, mutfak ve tuvalet alanlar\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran mekanlar kurgulanm\u0131\u015f. Yap\u0131 incelendi\u011finde e\u011fimli beton plak \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine ikinci bir trapez \u00e7at\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve aralar\u0131nda 50 cm\u2019lik bo\u015fluk oldu\u011fu fark edilmi\u015f. Yap\u0131n\u0131n kom\u015fularla uyumu bozulmayacak \u015fekilde alttaki beton plak k\u0131r\u0131larak y\u00fcksekli\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu sayede asma kat uzat\u0131larak tam kata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. \u00c7at\u0131 tadilat\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klarla ise ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ve ferah bir atmosfer elde edilmi\u015f. Giri\u015f kat\u0131na, \u00f6n\u00fcndeki teras\u0131 da kullanabilen s\u00fcrme do\u011framal\u0131 lounge b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve arkas\u0131na misafir ve personel tuvaletleri ile mutfak alan\u0131ndan olu\u015fan \u0131slak hacimler yerle\u015ftirilerek \u00f6n cepheden operasyonel ofis alan\u0131 gizlenmi\u015f. Az pencereye sahip olan bu alanda barissol tavan ve ayna kullan\u0131larak geni\u015f, ayd\u0131nl\u0131k bir etki elde edilmi\u015f. \u00dcst katta planlanan kars\u0131s\u0131ndaki askeri alan\u0131n ye\u015fil peyzaj\u0131na bakan y\u00f6netici odas\u0131, tamamen a\u00e7\u0131lan pencereleri ve \u00e7at\u0131 fenerleriyle ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ve panoramik prestijli bir atmosfer haline gelmi\u015f. Duvar kaplamas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131na gizlenmi\u015f tuvalet ve \u015f\u00f6minesiyle konforu art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Yine \u00fcst katta konumlanan alt\u0131 ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fi d\u0131\u015f ticaret b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc y\u00fcksek tavanl\u0131 ve ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ortam\u0131yla keyifli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mekan\u0131 haline gelmi\u015f. \u00c7evredeki di\u011fer at\u00f6lyelerin g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fclerinden etkilenmemek i\u00e7in duvarlarda ses emici ke\u00e7e ve izolasyon s\u0131valar\u0131, zeminlerde ise izolasyonlu \u015faplar kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.
