Ancak sistemin mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na uymayan erken teslimat tarihi veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck organizasyon \u00fccretleri vaatlerine kar\u015f\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dikkatli olmalar\u0131 ve ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yapmalar\u0131 gerekiyor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130lk 4 ayda 1 milyar 600 milyon TL seviyesinde teslimat yap\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcst\u00fcn, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a yo\u011fun ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Pandemiye ra\u011fmen ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llara g\u00f6re k\u0131yaslad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hem kay\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131z hem de teslimatlar\u0131m\u0131z artt\u0131. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ilk 4 ayda 7 bin k\u00fcsur teslimat\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131. Bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 4 ay\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz teslimat\u0131n y\u00fczde 25\u2019inden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Nisan ay\u0131na kadar ki s\u00fcrede 9 bin teslimata ula\u015ft\u0131k. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z teslimatlarla beraber ekonomiye toplamda 4 ayda 1 milyar 600 milyon TL&#8217;lik bir katk\u0131m\u0131z oldu.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Toplam ev ve ara\u00e7 teslimat\u0131 185 bini ge\u00e7ti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcst\u00fcn, tasarruf finansman\u0131 kanunu ile sistemin devlet denetimine girmi\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n vatanda\u015fa \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye geneline bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman olduk\u00e7a ciddi bir n\u00fcfus var. Vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 dar ve orta gelirli insanlar\u0131m\u0131zdan olu\u015fuyor. Sistem devlet reg\u00fclasyonuna girdi\u011fi takdirde, sisteme duyulan g\u00fcven artacak ve sistemle faiz \u00f6demeden ev ve otomobillerini alabilecek. Sistemin ilgi g\u00f6rmesi ekonomiye olan katk\u0131n\u0131n da artmas\u0131na vesile olacak. Bug\u00fcne kadar 185 bini a\u015fk\u0131n ev ve otomobil teslimat\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f bir \u015firket olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki yasan\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131yla birka\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k periyotta 25 milyar TL ile 30 milyar TL seviyesinde teslimat yapabilece\u011fimizi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>M\u00fc\u015fterilerin firmalar\u0131 iyi incelemesi gerekiyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eminevim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00dcst\u00fcn, sekt\u00f6rde son birka\u00e7 y\u0131lda birden fazla firman\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6rde ciddi anlamda bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fine i\u015faret ederek, &#8220;Bu h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme sekt\u00f6re yeni giren firmalar i\u00e7in bazen ticari kayg\u0131lar\u0131n da etkisiyle h\u0131zl\u0131 bir hatay\u0131 da beraberinde getirebiliyor. Burada sistem mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na uymayan kampanyalar, indirimler ve benzeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar zamanla m\u00fc\u015fteri g\u00fcvenini zedeleyebiliyor. \u0130\u015fte bu durumlara kar\u015f\u0131 faizsiz ev ve ara\u00e7 sahibi olmak isteyen vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n iyi bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan sonra ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131, tecr\u00fcbeli, deneyimli ve g\u00fcvenilir firmalara yapmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu firmalar\u0131n ne kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funa, ne kadar bir sermayesi oldu\u011funa bakmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Verilen teklifleri de detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde incelemeleri gerekiyor. Yap\u0131lan erken teslimat planlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck organizasyon \u00fccretlerinin asl\u0131nda sistemin i\u015flevselli\u011fini k\u0131s\u0131tlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilinmesi gerekir. \u00a0\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her i\u015fin bir yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f modeli vard\u0131r ve tasarrufa dayal\u0131 bir finansman modeli de kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir i\u015fleyi\u015fe sahip. Ayr\u0131lmak isteyenler i\u00e7in de s\u00f6zle\u015fmedeki protokoller uygulan\u0131yor. \u015eirketlerin tek gelir kalemi olan organizasyon \u00fccretlerinin geri \u00f6denmedi\u011fi s\u00f6zle\u015fmede yer al\u0131yor. Yasayla birlikte ise vatanda\u015flara 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir s\u00fcre tan\u0131n\u0131yor ve bu 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde vatanda\u015f\u0131n sistemden \u00e7\u0131kmaya karar vermesi halinde organizasyon \u00fccretlerinin iadesi yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
