Altan Elmas, KONUTDER Ola\u011fan Genel Kurulu\u2019nda oy birli\u011fiyle \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kez KONUTDER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ildi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki markal\u0131 konutlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcreten firmalar\u0131n bir araya gelmesiyle \u00fclke ekonomisi ve gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in yeni fikirler, vizyonlar geli\u015ftirmek ve sorunlu alanlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak bir platform olarak\u00a0kurulan\u00a0Konut Geli\u015ftiricileri ve Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi\u2019nde\u00a0(KONUTDER) Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. 29 Mart 2017 tarihinden beri\u00a0KONUTDER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fcten Z. Altan Elmas, oy birli\u011fiyle \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kez KONUTDER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cSekt\u00f6r\u00fcn sesi olmaya devam\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kez KONUTDER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilen Z. Altan Elmas, \u201dKONUTDER olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda \u00fczerimize d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revi yerine getirmeye gayret ediyoruz. 3. kez oy birli\u011fiyle ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fimiz t\u00fcm dernek \u00fcyelerine te\u015fekk\u00fcrlerimi sunuyorum. Bundan sonra da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn sesi olmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYabanc\u0131ya konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda rekor k\u0131rd\u0131ran geli\u015fmeye \u00f6nc\u00fc olduk\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>KONUTDER olarak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn iyile\u015fmesi ve geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelere imza att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Elmas; \u201c2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda KONUTDER talebi ile yabanc\u0131ya konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda vatanda\u015fl\u0131k edinimi i\u00e7in gereken 1 milyon dolarl\u0131k bedelin 250 bin dolara \u00e7ekilmesine \u00f6nc\u00fc olduk. Bu geli\u015fmeyle \u00e7ok ciddi anlamda vites b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fck ve y\u0131ll\u0131k 5 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015fan sat\u0131\u015flar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Do\u011frudan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n son y\u0131llarda olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015fmesine ra\u011fmen \u201cyabanc\u0131ya konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda\u201d sadece son 3 y\u0131lda 15 milyar dolar, son 6 y\u0131lda ise 25 milyar dolar d\u00f6viz geliri elde ettik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYabanc\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f gelirini 10 milyar dolara \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedeflemekteyiz\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Elmas; \u201c\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde yeni te\u015fvikler ve gayretlerle y\u0131ll\u0131k 5,5 milyar dolara ula\u015fan yabanc\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f gelirini 10 milyar dolara \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedeflemekteyiz. Uzun vadede ise 20 milyar dolarl\u0131k rakamlar \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 uzak hedefler de\u011fil. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc mevcut durumda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 \u00fclke vatanda\u015f\u0131na konut satmaktay\u0131z ve buna ra\u011fmen rakamlar daha \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerde. Bu konudaki gayretimizi h\u00fck\u00fcmetimizle birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fctece\u011fiz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cPandeminin olumsuz etkilerine ra\u011fmen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeye devam ediyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Elmas; \u201cT\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerini derinden etkileyen pandemiyle m\u00fccadele etti\u011fimiz \u015fu g\u00fcnler, hepimizi olumsuz etkiliyor. Elbette \u00fclkemizi ve ekonomimizi de etkiledi. Ekonomiye olan etkileri t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rlere yans\u0131d\u0131. Baz\u0131 sekt\u00f6rler \u00e7ok olumlu etkilenirken in\u015faat, hizmet ve turizm gibi sekt\u00f6rler bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten daha fazla olumsuz etkilendi. Olumsuzluklarla ba\u015f etmede di\u011fer d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerinde oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemiz de h\u00fck\u00fcmet deste\u011fini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. H\u00fck\u00fcmetimiz 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri te\u015fvikler ve etkili tedbirlerle hem ekonomimizi hem de olumsuz etkilenen sekt\u00f6rlerimizi desteklemi\u015ftir. Sekt\u00f6rler de at\u0131lan bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131 iyile\u015ftirme yolunda el ele vererek bir dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00f6rne\u011fi g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cFaizler eri\u015filebilir seviyelerde tutulmal\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Elmas; \u201cKas\u0131m 2020\u2019den beri tekrar y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en salg\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcn 3. dalgas\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famaktay\u0131z. Ekonominin lokomotifi olan, in\u015faat ve konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere turizm ve di\u011fer hizmet sekt\u00f6rlere olumsuz etkileri devam ediyor. Kas\u0131m 2020\u2019de faizlerin y\u00fckselmesi ve nihai noktada y\u00fczde 19\u2019a gelmesiyle konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u00e7ift tarafl\u0131 bir bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda kald\u0131. Bir yandan pandemi, bir yandan faiz art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkileri, di\u011fer yandan d\u00fcnya emtia fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n ve de \u00fclkemize has bir hastal\u0131k haline gelen d\u00f6viz kurlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesi &#8211; bu 4 olumsuz fakt\u00f6r &#8211; bir araya gelerek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc olduk\u00e7a zorlamaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer yandan maliyetlerin s\u00fcrekli artmas\u0131 ve bu durumun ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz sonucu olarak, yeni konut fiyatlar\u0131na yans\u0131mas\u0131 1. el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 olduk\u00e7a bask\u0131lam\u0131\u015f ve halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yeni ve sa\u011flam konuta eri\u015fimini \u00e7ok olumsuz etkilemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada h\u00fck\u00fcmetimizden acil beklentimiz, ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda olumlu etkisi defalarca g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olan \u201ckonut kredi faizlerinin ayl\u0131k 0,80\u2019li rakamlara ge\u00e7ici bir d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in \u00e7ekilmesi ve bu s\u00fcbvansiyonun 1. el konut \u00fcretimi ve istihdam\u0131 destekleme, sosyal devlet ilkesi gere\u011fi halk\u0131n uygun maliyete, imkanlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde konut edinebilme\u201d prensibiyle bir an \u00f6nce devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r.
