T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin cazip bir yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00f6lgesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn duayen ismi Dr. Ali G\u00f6k\u00e7iler, \u201cBrezilya\u2019dan Hong Kong\u2019a, Nijerya\u2019dan Eritre\u2019ye kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerden gayrimenkul al\u0131m\u0131 f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bahar aylar\u0131nda da \u00f6zellikle Kuveyt, Katar gibi K\u00f6rfez\u2019in zengin \u00fclkelerinden ciddi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n gelece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebilirim. Ocak 2020\u2019den sonra bu pay\u0131n azalmas\u0131nda hem pandeminin hem de \u00fclke i\u00e7indeki d\u00fczenlemelerin etkisi bulunuyor. Bir de buna d\u00f6vizdeki art\u0131\u015f eklenince T\u00fcrkiye, b\u00f6lgenin en cazip \u00fclkeleri haline geldi. Gayrimenkul, turizm ve sa\u011fl\u0131k turizmi alan\u0131nda avantajl\u0131 konuma sahip olan T\u00fcrkiye, bu alanlardan ekonomiye, yabanc\u0131 para anlam\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Brezilya\u2019dan Hong Kong\u2019a, Nijerya\u2019dan Eritre\u2019ye kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki gayrimenkul piyasas\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekecek boyutta ilgi ba\u015flad\u0131.
