Tarladan metropole d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen y\u00f6n\u00fcyle kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde \u00f6rnek bir ba\u015far\u0131 hikayesi sundu. Mevcut ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlanan ketsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir referans olu\u015fturuyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2>Esenyurt d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn gelece\u011fine projeksiyon tutuyor<\/h2>\n<p>Esenyurt, 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fan \u0130zmit ve D\u00fczce depremlerinden sonra ba\u015flat\u0131lan yenilenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden ge\u00e7ti. Riskli binalar, y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe uygun olarak yenilendi. S\u0131f\u0131rdan yap\u0131lan binalarda da y\u00f6netmelik dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130l\u00e7enin 100 bini ge\u00e7meyen n\u00fcfusu, o g\u00fcnlerden bu yana yap\u0131lan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm faaliyetleriyle 1 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131. Depreme kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 zemini ve sa\u011flam binalar\u0131yla Esenyurt, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hareketini bundan 20 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcre \u00f6nce deneyimleyen bir il\u00e7e olarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn gelece\u011fine projeksiyon tutuyor.<br \/>\nB\u00f6lgede in\u015fa etti\u011fi markal\u0131 konut projeleriyle Esenyurt\u2019un hem ekonomik hem de toplumsal geli\u015fimine y\u00f6n veren \u00d6zyurtlar Holding\u2019in Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tamer \u00d6zyurt, konuya ili\u015fkin \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>1 milyon ki\u015filik koruma kalkan\u0131<br \/>\n\u201cEsenyurt, \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans. 32 senedir Esenyurt&#8217;tay\u0131m. \u0130l\u00e7enin tarladan metropole d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne bizzat \u015fahit oldum. Projelerimizle de bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme \u00f6nderlik ettik. \u00d6zellikle 99 y\u0131llar\u0131nda D\u00fczce, \u0130zmit depremlerinden sonra b\u00f6lgede y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe uygun binalar yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7arp\u0131k kentle\u015fmeye neden olan riskli binalar y\u0131k\u0131larak yerine y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe uygun binalar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Deprem kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli ya\u015fam aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131, talebi Esenyurt\u2019a y\u00f6nlendirdi. 1999\u2019dan \u00f6nce n\u00fcfusu 100 bin civar\u0131ndayd\u0131. \u015eu an 1 milyon n\u00fcfusuyla \u0130stanbul\u2019un en kalabal\u0131k il\u00e7esi.
