Rapora g\u00f6re toplam kiralama i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131 bu y\u0131l k\u0131smi art\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7erken, metrekare baz\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir: \u00fc\u00e7 ana cadde toplam\u0131nda kiralama i\u015flemleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 109, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 139, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda 112 ve 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 128 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer taraftan, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda yine t\u00fcm caddeler toplam\u0131nda bo\u015f olan 85 ma\u011fazan\u0131n 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 41 tanesi kiralanabilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yaya tarafi\u011findeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019nde<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Raporda, \u0130stanbul\u2019un en \u00f6nemli k\u00fclt\u00fcr, turizm ve ticaret merkezlerinden biri olmaya devam eden \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019nde, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda pandeminin fiziksel perakende pazar\u0131nda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkinin \u00f6ncesinde perakendeci yap\u0131s\u0131; orta vadede eski pop\u00fclerli\u011fini yakalamas\u0131 ad\u0131na de\u011fi\u015fen ziyaret\u00e7i profiline ve yo\u011funlu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak sosyalle\u015febilmeye hizmet etme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde yeniden y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en yeme \u2013 i\u00e7me sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne do\u011fru e\u011filim g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Cadde \u00fczerinde, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam 22 kiralama i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, bo\u015f ma\u011faza say\u0131s\u0131 da 23 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6te yandan, Atat\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi projesinin planlanan a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi, \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019nin ve civar b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde yarataca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekim g\u00fcc\u00fcne katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ba\u011fdat Caddesi bo\u015f ma\u011faza say\u0131s\u0131nda azalan e\u011filimini koruyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019in raporunda, hem \u0130stanbul\u2019un en uzun hem de Anadolu Yakas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en g\u00f6zde al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f caddesi olma \u00f6zelliklerini birarada bar\u0131nd\u0131ran Ba\u011fdat Caddesi\u2019nde, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re benzer seviyede kaydedilen perakende arz say\u0131s\u0131 343 oldu. Caddede kentsel yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f caddeleri aras\u0131nda en yo\u011fun \u015fekilde seyrederken, 2020\u2019de say\u0131 metrekare baz\u0131nda ge\u00e7en seneye k\u0131yasla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
