B\u00f6ylece, 2020 Ocak ay\u0131nda 2.657 TL olan m2 cinsinden sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlar\u0131n ilan fiyatlar\u0131 2021 Ocak ay\u0131nda 3.585 TL&#8217;ye ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131, \u0130stanbul\u2019da % 29,3, Ankara\u2019da % 36 ve \u0130zmir\u2019de % 36,4 artt\u0131. Ortalama sat\u0131l\u0131k konut ilan m2 fiyatlar\u0131; \u0130stanbul\u2019da 4.792 TL, Ankara\u2019da 2.480 TL, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise 4.313 TL oldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, sat\u0131l\u0131k ilan say\u0131s\u0131 % 1,3; yay\u0131ndan kald\u0131r\u0131lan ilan say\u0131s\u0131 ise % 5,6 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131.
