Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonras\u0131nda toplanan veriler bir araya getirilerek yap\u0131n\u0131n matematiksel modeli olu\u015fturularak yap\u0131sal analizleri (statik ve dinamik) yap\u0131larak, performans sonucuna g\u00f6re binan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme i\u00e7in uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.
