Yap\u0131lan pazar analizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucunda b\u00f6lgede \u00fcretilen konut projelerinin \u00e7o\u011funlukla sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f mevcut projeler oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<br \/>\nVatanda\u015fl\u0131k edinimi i\u00e7in gayrimenkul al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye \u00f6zellikle \u0130ran, \u00c7in, Irak ve Suudi Arabistan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ilgisi b\u00fcy\u00fck. \u0130ncelenen projelerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda eklenti alan\u0131 olarak depo verildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, s\u00f6z konusu projelerde genellikle 1+1 daire tipine 1 ara\u00e7l\u0131k kapal\u0131 otopark, 2+1 ve \u00fcst\u00fc daire tiplerine ise 2-3 ara\u00e7l\u0131k kapal\u0131 otopark verildi\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Depo alanlar\u0131 ve kapal\u0131 otoparklar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yasal mevzuata g\u00f6re ayr\u0131 tapu olarak sat\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r. Ancak site y\u00f6netim plan\u0131nda ilgili ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcme tahsis y\u00f6ntemi ile ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcme ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak verilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
