Bu d\u00f6nemde ilk defa sat\u0131lan konutlar y\u00fczde 8,2 azalarak 469 bin 740 oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da y\u00fczde 23,0 artarak 1 milyon 29 bin 576 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130lk el konut sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 31,3, \u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 68,7 oldu.
