Ocak-Aral\u0131k d\u00f6neminde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fczde 72,4 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek 573 bin 337, di\u011fer sat\u0131\u015f t\u00fcrlerinde ise y\u00fczde 8,9 azalarak 925 bin 979 oldu. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 38,2, di\u011fer sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 61,8 oldu. Bu d\u00f6nemde ilk defa sat\u0131lan konutlar y\u00fczde 8,2 azalarak 469 bin 740 oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da y\u00fczde 23,0 artarak 1 milyon 29 bin 576 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130lk el konut sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 31,3, \u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 68,7 oldu. Pandemiye ra\u011fmen elde etti\u011fimiz tarihi rekorla birlikte \u00f6rnek bir giri\u015fim \u00f6rne\u011fi sunduk. Pandeminin ilk 2 ay\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z belirsizlikler, destek paketinin kazan\u0131mlar\u0131yla t\u00fcm\u00fcyle ortadan kalkt\u0131. Ancak 2020\u2019yi etkisi alt\u0131na alan paket, sundu\u011fu uzun vadeler ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyat politikas\u0131yla her kesimden yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131 merkezine ald\u0131. Destek paketiyle giderek azalan konut stoklar\u0131yla da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn gelece\u011fi ad\u0131na yeni bir alan yaratt\u0131k. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda olgunla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projelerimizin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. 2021 i\u00e7in yeni proje ihtiyac\u0131 olu\u015ftu. Buradan bak\u0131l\u0131nca 2021\u2019in yeni projelerle birlikte olduk\u00e7a dinamik bir d\u00f6nem olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2021, hem yeni projeler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem de h\u0131z kazanan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 talepleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler sunacak. Yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in g\u00fcven ve huzuru daha kal\u0131c\u0131 hale getirecek reformlara talebi 2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karabiliriz. \u0130\u00e7 piyasa a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda her zamanki gibi talebe d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz oran\u0131 y\u00f6n verecek diyebiliriz. Azalan stoklarla birlikte olu\u015fan konut ihtiyac\u0131na, pandemi ile olu\u015fan izole ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran projeler cevap verebilecek. Yeni d\u00f6nemin kurallar\u0131n\u0131 iyi okuyan \u015firketler kazan\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kacak. Merkezi lokasyonda, geni\u015f peyzaj alan\u0131 olan, bah\u00e7eli, geni\u015f balkonlu projeler sat\u0131n alma hareketinde ana akt\u00f6r olacak. Pandemi ile ofisin de eve ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131yla metrekarelerde y\u00fckseli\u015f ya\u015fanabilir. Yeni projelerde depolama alanlar\u0131 da yer alacak.
