Bu d\u00f6nemde ilk defa sat\u0131lan konutlar y\u00fczde 8,2 azalarak 469 bin 740 oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da y\u00fczde 23,0 artarak 1 milyon 29 bin 576 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u0130lk el konut sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 31,3, \u0130kinci el konut sat\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 68,7 oldu. Pandemi nedeniyle belirsizliklerin h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu bir y\u0131lda, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcveni sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde buldu.
