Endeksa\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, pandeminin etkisinin konutlar\u0131n kira de\u011ferinden \u00e7ok sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferine etki etti\u011fi ve \u00f6zellikle 0-4 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki m\u00fcstakil konutlarda \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek de\u011fer art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye genelinde konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131 son 1 y\u0131lda %35, kira ise bedeli ise %17 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Aral\u0131k sonu rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ortalama konut metrekare sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 2 bin 914 TL, ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 378 bin 820 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
