Toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ipotekli sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n pay\u0131 %21,7 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ocak-Kas\u0131m d\u00f6neminde 1 milyon 393 bin 335 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ferek, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re %21,5 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.
