Sat\u0131l\u0131k fiyatlara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Mu\u011fla\u2019da m2 sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 7 bin lira ile ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Bunu, \u0130stanbul 4 bin 480 lira ile takip ederken, \u0130zmir\u2019de 4 bin lira ve Ayd\u0131n\u2019da 3 bin 720 lira seviyesinde oldu. Kira fiyatlar\u0131nda ise 23-TL ortalama ile gene Mu\u011fla gene ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131rken, bu ilimizi 21-TL ile \u0130stanbul, 16-TL ile \u0130zmir ve Antalya izledi. Konutlarda \u00fclkemizde ortalama amortisman s\u00fcresi ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 21 y\u0131l. En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck amortisman s\u00fcresi 16 y\u0131l ile \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Kilis ve Edirne ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, Mersin, K\u00fctahya, Kars ve Ankara\u2019da bu s\u00fcre 17 y\u0131l seviyesinde.
