Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi ile ortak yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, 80 konut, hak sahiplerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131rken, geriye kalan 50 konut da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde stok konut kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak.\u00a0Okmeydan\u0131 kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi 1. etap tamamland\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB) i\u015ftiraklerinden K\u0130PTA\u015e, ismini 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda Van\u2019\u0131n \u00c7ald\u0131ran il\u00e7esinde meydana gelen deprem sonras\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019a Van\u2019dan gelen vatanda\u015flar\u0131n oturdu\u011fu Van Bloklar\u0131\u2019n\u0131 da i\u00e7eren Okmeydan\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinin birinci etab\u0131nda sona geldi. \u0130BB, Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi ve K\u0130PTA\u015e\u2019\u0131n ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc projede, bloklar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m s\u00fcrecine 2018 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Haziran ay\u0131nda start verilirken, in\u015faat da yedi ay sonra, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Ocak ay\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak se\u00e7im s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra projeye yeterli b\u00fct\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in in\u015faat s\u00fcrecinde aksakl\u0131klar ya\u015fand\u0131. K\u0130PTA\u015e ve Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi\u2019nin giri\u015fimiyle \u0130BB Meclisi\u2019nden ek mali yard\u0131m karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131, \u0130BB taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan finansman ile K\u0130PTA\u015e in\u015faat\u0131 tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>80 aile depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 konutuna kavu\u015ftu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sekiz blokta 80 ailenin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan, 13 Haziran 2016 tarihli karar ile riskli alan edilmi\u015fti. \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 28 Haziran 2016\u2019da yetkilendirilen Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi, 15 Kas\u0131m 2016\u2019da K\u0130PTA\u015e ile protokol imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Protokol gere\u011fi yetkilendirilen \u0130BB, projenin finansman\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken, Beyo\u011flu Belediyesi de riskli alanda uzla\u015fma s\u00fcrecini y\u00f6netmi\u015fti.
