JCR raporunda; Sur Yap\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 28 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fan faaliyet ge\u00e7mi\u015fiyle \u201cSur Yap\u0131\u201d markas\u0131 alt\u0131nda proje a\u015famas\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak geli\u015ftirme, mimari, yap\u0131m \u00fcretim dahil, anahtar teslimi i\u015f yaparak in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nc\u00fc kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan biri haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6sterdi<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Raporda, Sur Yap\u0131\u2019n\u0131n varl\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtilerek, \u201cSur Yap\u0131, yeni projeleri ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sat\u0131\u015f etkinli\u011fi ile b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrerek pazar pay\u0131n\u0131 ve marka de\u011ferini art\u0131rmak istemektedir. \u015eirket\u2019in Antalya\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi mega proje ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere devam eden nakit ak\u0131m\u0131 yaratma kapasitesi, finansal kurumlarla olan uzun vadeli kredi antla\u015fmalar\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc marka imaj\u0131, d\u00fczenli kira geliri \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flayan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezleri, yabanc\u0131 paraya endeksli sat\u0131\u015f gelirleri \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flayan enerji santralleri, geni\u015f skaladaki fiyat se\u00e7enekleriyle farkl\u0131 gelir gruplar\u0131na hitap eden projelerle zenginle\u015ftirilen ve \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilen aktif portf\u00f6y\u00fc \u015eirket\u2019in Uzun Vadeli Ulusal Notu\u2019nun A- (Trk) olarak teyit edilmesinin dayanak noktalar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Antalya&#8217;da ki Projesi\u2019nde teslimlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc derecelendirme kurulu\u015funun haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporda Antalya Projesi\u2019nde ilk etab\u0131n teslimlerine vurgu yap\u0131larak; \u201cFirma, Exen Istanbul, Lavender, \u0130lkbahar, G\u00f6lbah\u00e7e, Mirage, Vitrin, Idilia, Tilia, Metrogarden ve Corridor gibi bir\u00e7ok dikkate de\u011fer projeyi ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlam\u0131\u015f, son d\u00f6nemde ise markal\u0131 konut projelerinin yan\u0131nda, ofis ve al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi alan\u0131nda projeler geli\u015ftirerek marka imaj\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektedir. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle de Antalya Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinin biten etaplar\u0131n\u0131n hak sahiplerine teslimine ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7e\u015fitli farkl\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan da kaynak yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Grubun Axis \u0130stanbul, Metro Garden, Axis Ka\u011f\u0131thane ve Marka AVM yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayarak i\u015fletmeye devam etti\u011fi belirtilen raporda; \u201cGrubun, AVM segmentinde \u00f6nemli say\u0131labilecek bir \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fe ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Sur Yap\u0131, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne de Aksu HES, Elmal\u0131 RES, Kurtini RES gibi 6 farkl\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji santrali ile \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fe kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Ek olarak, mevcut yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretim tesislerinin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi \u00fcretim sistemleri eklenmek suretiyle birle\u015fik yenilenebilir elektrik \u00fcretim tesislerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi planlanmakta, yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131m ile yenilenebilir enerjide \u00fcretimin, verimlili\u011fin ve karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. Farkl\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan kaynak yarat\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d \u015feklinde vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sur Yap\u0131&#8217;dan Antalya\u2019da ki projeden 10 milyar TL ciro bekleniyor<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Rapor \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; \u201c2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Antalya\u2019da yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan mega proje, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesidir.
