Konut al\u0131m\u0131nda banka kredisi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 17.03\u2019ten 47.03\u2019e \u00e7\u0131karak bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re 30 puan artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 haziran ay\u0131nda, y\u00fckselen stok erime h\u0131z\u0131 11.96 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018REIDIN-GYODER Yeni Konut Fiyat Endeksi Haziran 2020\u2019 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren\u00a0<strong>GYODER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Kalyoncu<\/strong>, \u201cYeni konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemlerini inceledi\u011fimizde, banka kredisi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re\u00a0<strong>30<\/strong>\u00a0puan artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. May\u0131s ay\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>3.79<\/strong>\u00a0seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen stok erime h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n haziranda \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde\u00a0<strong>11.96<\/strong>\u00a0seviyesine y\u00fckselmesi ise beklemede olan konut al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in faiz oran\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Konut stokunun erime h\u0131z\u0131ndaki bu art\u0131\u015fta, kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n tarihin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz oranlar\u0131yla sundu\u011fu konut kredileri \u00e7ok etkili oldu.
