D\u00fcn itibariyle konut kredisinde dev bir faiz indirimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En uygun faiz oranlar\u0131 kamu bankalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u0131f\u0131r konutlar i\u00e7in %0.79 ve ikinci el konutlar i\u00e7in %0.94 olarak kulland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yordu.
