Konutta talebin azalmas\u0131 ile reel art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6steremeyen konut fiyatlar\u0131 talebin y\u00fckselmesiyle h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde artmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankas\u0131 (TCMB) Konut Fiyat Endeksi verilerine g\u00f6re konut fiyatlar\u0131 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %6,32,\u00a0 Ekim ay\u0131nda %6,74, Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda %7,19 ve Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda %9,92 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2019 y\u0131l sonunda T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ortalama metrekare birim konut fiyat\u0131 2.930 TL oldu. S\u00f6z konusu de\u011fer \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in 4.940 TL\u2019 ye Ankara i\u00e7in 2.220 TL\u2019 ye, \u0130zmir i\u00e7in 3.380 TL\u2019 ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Konut kredisi faizlerinde indirimler yakla\u015f\u0131k sekiz ayd\u0131r aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam ediyor. Uzmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ilerleyen aylarda da indirimlerin devam etmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde.
