Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (BDDK) verilerine g\u00f6re Ocak ay\u0131nda konut kredisi kullan\u0131m\u0131 4 milyar TL art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Konut kredisi faiz oranlar\u0131 2019\u2019un ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131 sonras\u0131nda sert \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ivmesine ge\u00e7ti. Faiz oranlar\u0131 A\u011fustos 2019 sonras\u0131nda kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde %1\u2019in alt\u0131na geriledi. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz \u00f6zel bankalar\u0131nda ataklar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda y\u0131l boyunca devam eden indirimler yeni y\u0131la girerken h\u0131z kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2020 Ocak ay\u0131 itibariyle kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n kampanyas\u0131 dahilinde konut kredisi faizleri s\u0131f\u0131r konutlar i\u00e7in 20 baz puan gerileyerek %0.79\u2019a indi. \u0130kinci el konut kredisi faizleri ise %0.89\u2019a geriledi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">S\u00f6z konusu faiz indirimleri konut kredisine talebi artt\u0131rd\u0131. Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (BDDK) verilerine g\u00f6re Ocak ba\u015f\u0131nda 198 milyar TL olan konut kredisi hacmi ikinci haftas\u0131nda 199 milyar 919 milyon TL, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc haftas\u0131nda 200 milyar 474 milyon TL ve 31 Ocak itibariyle 202 milyar 737 milyon TL\u2019 ye eri\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Son bir ayda bankalardaki konut kredisi hacmi 4 milyar TL art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. S\u00f6z konusu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n kredili konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda belirgin olarak fark edilmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kredili konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2019\u2019da bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na oranla Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de %410, Ekim\u2019de %525, Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda %724 ve Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda %603 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Son a\u00e7\u0131klanan verilere g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 2019 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda 50 278 kredili konut sat\u0131ld\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu verilere g\u00f6re Ocak ay\u0131nda bu rakam\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2019 genelinde kredili konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda ikinci el konutlar\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131r sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n net olarak \u00f6n\u00fcnde oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken Ocak ay\u0131nda s\u0131f\u0131r konut kredileri i\u00e7in uygulanan kampanya sonras\u0131nda s\u0131f\u0131r sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ikinci el konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilece\u011fi tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Konut Kredisi Hesaplama<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">KrediPazari.com\u2019un ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcncel olarak bankalardan 150.000 TL tutarda 5 y\u0131l vade i\u00e7in konut kredisi hesaplama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011finde kredinin masraflar hari\u00e7 toplam geri \u00f6demesi yakla\u015f\u0131k 189.000 TL oluyor.
