B\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re sigortal\u0131l\u0131k oran\u0131nda y\u00fczde 66,6 ile Marmara ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekiyor. Son s\u0131rada ise y\u00fczde 40 ile G\u00fcney Do\u011fu Anadolu yer\u00a0al\u0131yor. Zorunluluk mu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Konut sigortas\u0131; binalar\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131lma, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k, ter\u00f6r ve kaza gibi g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan riskleri, sigortal\u0131 lehine teminat alt\u0131na almaktad\u0131r. Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131 yani DASK, deprem ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 felaketler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tapulu ev ve i\u015fleriyle, bunlara ait meskenlerin g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zarar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lar.\u00a0 Yani\u00a0 DASK, depremin ve deprem sonucu meydana gelen yang\u0131n, infilak, tsunami ve yer kaymas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan neden olaca\u011f\u0131 maddi zararlar\u0131, poli\u00e7ede belirtilen limitler d\u00e2hilinde nakit olarak kar\u015f\u0131lar. Konut sigortas\u0131 tercihe ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r ama DASK iptal ettirilemez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Birbirinin \u201colmazsa olmaz\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>DASK\u2019\u0131n azami teminat tutar\u0131n\u0131n her y\u0131l in\u015faat maliyetlerindeki art\u0131\u015fa g\u00f6re belirlendi\u011fini kaydeden\u00a0Mehmet Aslan<strong>,\u201cBu y\u0131l i\u00e7in bu teminat tutar\u0131, 240 bin TL olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Konut sigortas\u0131n\u0131n teminat limiti ise ki\u015finin tercihine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yapt\u0131r\u0131lan poli\u00e7e ile belirlenmektedir. E\u011fer olu\u015fan hasar DASK poli\u00e7esini a\u015facak kadar b\u00fcy\u00fckse, bu noktada konut sigortas\u0131 devreye girer ve DASK\u2019\u0131 a\u015fan zararlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar. Bu nedenle DASK ve konut sigortas\u0131 birbirinin \u2018olmazsa olmaz\u0131\u2019d\u0131r\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0diye belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DASK priminin deprem riski ta\u015f\u0131yan b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini kaydeden\u00a0Mehmet Aslan, b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen pirim \u00fccretlerini \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetledi:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2020\u2019de DASK \u00dccretleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Birinci b\u00f6lge 110 TL&#8217;den<\/p>\n<p>-\u0130kinci b\u00f6lge 80 TL&#8217;den<\/p>\n<p>-\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6lge 60 TL&#8217;den<\/p>\n<p>-D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6lge 50 TL&#8217;den ve<\/p>\n<p>-Be\u015finci b\u00f6lge 40 TL&#8217;den az olmayacak.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tarife \u00fccretlerinin m\u00fclk\u00fcn ruhsat y\u0131l\u0131na, kat say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re de de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirten\u00a0Mehmet Aslan, konuya \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirdi:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kat say\u0131s\u0131 ve ruhsata g\u00f6re tarife<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTa\u015f\u0131nmaz m\u00fclk\u00fcn in\u015faat ruhsat y\u0131l\u0131, 2000 ve \u00f6ncesi olan ile zemin \u00fcst\u00fc kat say\u0131s\u0131 8 ve \u00fczeri olan binalarda tarife \u00fccreti y\u00fczde 10 art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Zemin \u00fcst\u00fc toplam kat say\u0131s\u0131 3 veya daha az olan binalarda ise y\u00fczde 10 indirilir. Kat say\u0131s\u0131 hesab\u0131na zemin kat ve alt\u0131nda kalan bodrum katlar ise d\u00e2hil edilmez. Bu esaslara g\u00f6re yap\u0131lan hesaplama sonucunda DASK bedeli, yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 40 TL ile 150 TL aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.
