BDDK verilerine g\u00f6re ise, Merkez Bankas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ve bankalar\u0131n faiz indirimlerinin ard\u0131ndan sekt\u00f6rde 11 Kas\u0131m \u2013 13 Aral\u0131k aras\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan toplam konut kredisi tutar\u0131 3 milyar 497 milyon TL\u2019yi buldu.<\/p>\n<h2>Konuta t\u00fcketici g\u00fcveni endeksi 8 ay\u0131n zirvesinde<\/h2>\n<p>Gayrimenkuldeki moral art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren di\u011fer bir veri de t\u00fcketici g\u00fcveninden geldi.
