Merkez Bankas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan konut birim fiyatlar\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan analize g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de konut fiyatlar\u0131 Ocak 2015 ile Ekim 2019 aras\u0131nda ortalama y\u00fczde 57 oran\u0131nda y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130zmir, \u0130stanbul&#8217;u neredeyse 2&#8217;ye katlad\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan DAP Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ziya Y\u0131lmaz, gayrimenkul fiyatlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimin \u00f6zellikle \u0130stanbul ve Ankara gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirirken, \u201cS\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemde \u0130stanbul\u2019da birim metrekare fiyat\u0131 ortalama 50 oran\u0131nda artarken, bu rakam Ankara\u2019da ise y\u00fczde 51 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Di\u011fer yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u0131ld\u0131z her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn parlayan \u0130zmir, \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehir i\u00e7inde yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131na en \u00e7ok kazand\u0131ran il olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde y\u00fczde 57\u2019lik bir y\u00fckseli\u015fi konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz d\u00f6nemde, \u0130zmir\u2019de birim metrekare fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015f y\u00fczde 88 oldu\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5 y\u0131lda \u0130zmir&#8217;de 368 bin konut sat\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019in son d\u00f6nemde yerli ve yabanc\u0131 \u00e7ok say\u0131da yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011funu dile getiren Ziya Y\u0131lmaz \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c\u00d6zellikle son d\u00f6nemde \u00e7ok say\u0131da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketin genel merkezlerini ya da operasyon \u00fcslerini \u0130stanbul\u2019dan \u0130zmir\u2019e ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu da \u015fehirde ciddi bir gayrimenkul hareketlili\u011fi yaratm\u0131\u015f durumda. T\u00dc\u0130K taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131 da bu hareketlili\u011fin en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6stergesi. Ocak 2015 ile Ekim 2019 aras\u0131nda, \u0130zmir\u2019de sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 377 bin 477\u2019yi buldu.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Otoyol projesi bu b\u00f6lgeyi canland\u0131rd\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan \u0130stanbul \u2013 \u0130zmir Otoyolu\u2019nun da b\u00f6lgenin cazibesini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ziya Y\u0131lmaz, \u201cBug\u00fcn bu proje sayesinde \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir aras\u0131ndaki mesafe de arabayla 3,5 saate kadar indi. Gelecek d\u00f6nemde \u0130zmir\u2019in cazibesini art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bir di\u011fer proje de Volkswagen taraf\u0131ndan resmi olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 beklenen Manisa\u2019daki fabrika yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n getirece\u011fi hareketlilik, Manisa ve \u00f6zellikle \u0130zmir\u2019deki gayrimenkul piyasas\u0131nda kendini g\u00f6sterecek. Bu da gelecekte \u0130zmir\u2019deki konut fiyatlar\u0131 ciddi bi\u00e7imde yukar\u0131 \u00e7ekecektir.
