Yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, Ekim 2019&#8217;da ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 2 043 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu verilerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcilerinden Tamer \u00d6zyurt konuyla ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri belirtti:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYeni d\u00f6nemde yeni projeler, istikrarl\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131 ba\u015frol oynayacak\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u00a0<u>Tamer \u00d6zyurt \/ \u00d6zyurtlar Holding Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131:\u00a0<\/u><\/em>&#8220;T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rakamlara g\u00f6re; ekim ay\u0131nda, faiz indirimi ve uzayan vadelerin etkisi, artan kredili sat\u0131\u015flarda \u00e7ok net g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kredili sat\u0131\u015flarda, ekim ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 500\u2019\u00fc a\u015fan bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. Bu oran, faiz indirimi ve uzun vadelendirme se\u00e7eneklerinin, tek ba\u015f\u0131na sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 art\u0131ran g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc bir kez daha hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor. Sat\u0131\u015flarda son 3 ayda olu\u015fan istikrar\u0131n y\u0131l\u0131n tamam\u0131nda da s\u00fcrece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu nedenle 2019\u2019un son 5 ay\u0131n\u0131 \u015fimdiden, hem sekt\u00f6r a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan toparlanma d\u00f6nemi, hem de 2020 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanma d\u00f6nemi olarak tan\u0131mlayabiliriz. Sat\u0131\u015flardaki art\u0131\u015fla azalan stoklar, yeni proje ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011furacak. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 7 ay\u0131nda ya\u015fanan durgunlu\u011fu ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde atlatan, finansal a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015firketler, yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 bu g\u00f6zle bir kez daha de\u011ferlendirecekler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fu an ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6nem,yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in de zemin olu\u015fturuyor. Sekt\u00f6rde k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahip bir holding olarak son 3 ayda sat\u0131\u015f ofislerimizde ya\u015fanan hareketlili\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yeniden de\u011ferlendirme d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7erisindeyiz. Faizlerin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelere indirilmesi ve vadelerin daha da uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunu ele alan h\u00fck\u00fcmetimizin planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni finansman modelini de heyecanla kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131k. H\u00fck\u00fcmetimizin \u00f6zellikle dar gelirli ve asgari \u00fccretliyi kolayl\u0131kla ev sahibi yapmay\u0131 hedefleyen yeni finansman paketinin, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce sosyal devlet olarak at\u0131lan \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yeni finansman paketi ile vadelerin 20 y\u0131la uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve faizlerin daha da a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya \u00e7ekilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale gelecek. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz son olarak 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda 0.65 faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Faizin bu seviyelerin de alt\u0131na inebilece\u011fi belirtilen bu sistemle dar gelirliler, 240 aya \u00e7\u0131kan vadelerle kira \u00f6der gibi ev sahibi olabilecek. Bu ay\u0131n sonunda a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131 bekledi\u011fimiz paketin, do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 olarak \u00e7ok say\u0131da alan\u0131 besleyen sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini tetikleyece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.
