Yabanc\u0131lara yap\u0131lan konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, Ekim 2019&#8217;da ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 2 043 konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu verilerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcilerinin konuyla ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ekte bilgilerinize sunulur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYeni faiz indirimiyle 2020\u2019ye \u00e7ok iyi bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><u>\u0130hsan \u00c7ulhal\u0131k \/ \u0130nsay Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131:\u00a0<\/u>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde faiz oranlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan indirim ve uzayan vadeler oturum ya da yat\u0131r\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 konut sahibi olmak isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 bekleme pozisyonundan al\u0131\u015f pozisyonuna ge\u00e7irdi.T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rakamlara g\u00f6re; ekim ay\u0131nda kredili sat\u0131\u015flarda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re ya\u015fanan y\u00fczde 500\u2019\u00fc a\u015fan art\u0131\u015f, faiz indirimi ve uzayan vadelerin sat\u0131\u015flardaki art\u0131\u015fta ba\u015frol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131t\u0131 niteli\u011finde. Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 7 ay\u0131nda daralma ya\u015fayan sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz, y\u0131lsonuna say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnler kala h\u0131zl\u0131 bir toparlanma d\u00f6nemine girdi. Bu d\u00f6nem, sadece 2019 hedefleri i\u00e7in de\u011fil, 2020 i\u00e7in de kritik geli\u015fmelere sahne olacak. Faiz indirimi ve uzayan vadelerle art\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7en sat\u0131\u015flar, mevcut konut sto\u011funun eritilmesini de beraberinde getiriyor. Bu durum kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda 2020 i\u00e7in yeni proje ihtiyac\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak. Yap\u0131lan indirimle talepte a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak hemen teslim ve hemen tapu sunan projelerin tercih edildi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, mevcut projelerinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan \u015firketler, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeni projelerini sekt\u00f6re kazand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131racaklar. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2019\u2019un son 5 ay\u0131,2020\u2019nin temellerini att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir d\u00f6nem olacak. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hemen almak istiyor. Bu nedenle projelerde hemen teslim, hemen tapu gibi sunulan avantajlar, onlar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Yeni d\u00f6nemde de yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar bu unsurlar\u0131 dikkate alarak yat\u0131r\u0131m yapacaklar. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara g\u00fcven sunan, tecr\u00fcbeli \u015firketlerin \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 yeni bir d\u00f6nem bizi bekliyor. H\u00fck\u00fcmetimizin dar gelirli ve asgari \u00fccretliyi ev sahibi yapabilmek i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni finansman paketi de faiz indiriminin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareketlili\u011fi daha yukar\u0131lara ta\u015f\u0131yacak. Bu ay sonunda a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 planlanan finansman paketinde faizlerin y\u00fczde 0.99\u2019un da alt\u0131na, vadelerin 20 y\u0131la \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fuluyor. \u00dclke olarak kira \u00f6der gibi ev sahibi olma sistemiyle tan\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yoruz.
