ABD&#8217;li ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurulu\u015flar\u0131 Brookings Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ve JP Morgan Chase taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan &#8220;Global Metro Monitor 2014&#8221; raporuna g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen 300 kenti aras\u0131nda 2. olan \u0130zmir, bu y\u00fckseli\u015fini gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ZM\u0130R D\u00dcNYADA \u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 SIRADA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ege\u2019nin incisi \u0130zmir, uluslararas\u0131 emlak dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve de\u011ferlendirme \u015firketi Knight Frank\u2019in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u201cGlobal ResidentialCitiesIndex\u201dte de zirvede yer ald\u0131. 2017\u2019nin 2. \u00e7eyre\u011fi ile 2018\u2019in 2. \u00e7eyre\u011fi aras\u0131nda yer alan bir y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemi kapsayan ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re \u0130zmir, konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u00fczde 16,2\u2019lik art\u0131\u015fla<a name=\"m_4277219482250781021__GoBack\"><\/a>2. s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Giderek daha fazla insan hem ya\u015famak hem \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u0130zmir\u2019i tercih ediyor. Bu ilginin gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne olumlu yans\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131 kesin&#8230; T\u00fcrkiye son y\u0131llarda \u0130zmir\u2019i konu\u015fuyor, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde de \u0130zmir\u2019in sundu\u011fu f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 konu\u015facak.
