Konut kredilerinin y\u00fczde 1\u2019in alt\u0131na inmesini yorumlayan H\u00fcrriyet Emlak Sat\u0131\u015f Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Bozay, faiz indirim karar\u0131n\u0131n gayrimenkul piyasas\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a olumlu bir geli\u015fme oldu\u011funu, bu geli\u015fme paralelinde \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde emlak piyasas\u0131nda bir hareketlenme beklediklerinin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>01.08.2019, \u0130stanbul<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (TCMB) politika faizini 425 baz puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek y\u00fczde 24&#8217;ten 19,75&#8217;e \u00e7ekmesinin ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6zler konut kredisi faiz oranlar\u0131na \u00e7evrilmi\u015fti. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemde sekt\u00f6rde ya\u015fanan dura\u011fanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel sebeplerinden ba\u015f\u0131nda; mevduat faizi ve d\u00f6viz gibi finansal enstr\u00fcmanlar\u0131n k\u0131sa d\u00f6nemde daha fazla kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131. Bunun yan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek seviyede seyreden konut kredi faizleri de yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ilgisini bu yat\u0131r\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131na kayd\u0131rd\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6rde k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli bir daralma ya\u015fand\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faiz indirimleri devam edebilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TCMB&#8217;nin faiz indirimlerine devam edebilece\u011fini vurgulayan Bozay, \u201c\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde ekonomik konjonkt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00fclkemiz ve piyasalar i\u00e7in daha iyi bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm sergileyece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeyiz. Ekonomide ya\u015fanacak olumlu geli\u015fmeler paralelinde emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki canlanman\u0131n daha da artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Faiz indiriminin ilk a\u015famada s\u0131f\u0131r konut projesi sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131na h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yans\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerini a\u00e7\u0131klayan \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Bozay, \u201cGe\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na ba\u015flayan H\u00fcrriyet Emlak Projeland ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki s\u0131f\u0131r konut projelerini biraraya toplad\u0131k, faiz indirimi ile s\u0131f\u0131r konut piyasas\u0131ndaki sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim. H\u00fcrriyet Emlak Projeland\u2019le s\u0131f\u0131r konut projelerindeki geli\u015fmeleri de yak\u0131ndan izlemeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. 5.200\u2019den fazla konut projesinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 H\u00fcrriyet Emlak Projeland, kuruldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden bu yana in\u015faat \u015firketlerine 100.000\u2019den fazla potansiyel konut al\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirdi. Faiz indirimiyle bu say\u0131n\u0131n daha da artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz\u201d \u015feklinde s\u00f6zlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rde ya\u015fanan likidite sorununun konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte normalle\u015fmeye ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini belirten \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Bozay, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin konut ihtiyac\u0131 ve konut sto\u011fu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ekonomik ortamda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ivme kazanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.
