Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llara g\u00f6re say\u0131lar\u0131 ikiye katlanan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n konut sat\u0131n alma rakamlar\u0131n\u0131, RE\/MAX\u2019in \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve Antalya ofislerinden, alan\u0131nda uzman gayrimenkul dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131 yorumlad\u0131.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Globalde en fazla gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na arac\u0131l\u0131k eden RE\/MAX, son y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki emlak piyasas\u0131ndaki hareketlenmede yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n da pay\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u00d6zellikle Irak, Pakistan, \u0130ran ve Suudi Arabistan\u2019dan gelip T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yerle\u015fenler, ya\u015famak i\u00e7in kiral\u0131k ev bulmaktansa sat\u0131n almay\u0131 tercih ediyor. Di\u011fer Avrupa \u00fclkeleriyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin daha ula\u015f\u0131labilir fiyatlarla, kaliteli ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131 sunmas\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 alanda sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 avantajlar, vatanda\u015fl\u0131k i\u00e7in tercih edilmesindeki en \u00f6nemli nedenlerden.<\/p>\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n en \u00e7ok ev sat\u0131n ald\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirde faaliyet g\u00f6steren <strong>RE\/MAX<\/strong> ofislerinden uzman gayrimenkul dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131llara oranla say\u0131lar\u0131 neredeyse yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya artan yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n konut alma istatistiklerindeki ilgin\u00e7 detaylara dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Konut almak i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi tercih edenler yine farkl\u0131 \u015fehirlerde farkl\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7elere g\u00f6re hareket ediyorlar. \u0130stanbul\u2019da 250 bin \u2013 500 bin dolar aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda evler tercih edilirken bu rakamlar Antalya\u2019da 100 bin dolar ila 200 bin dolar aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k yasas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndeme gelmesiyle Antalya\u2019da 250 bin dolar ve \u00fczerindeki gayrimenkullere de ilgi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ankara\u2019da ise fiyatlar\u0131 800 bin dolara ula\u015fan daireler ra\u011fbet g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc en tercih edilen semt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgelere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaysa beklenenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yerler dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130stanbul\u2019da Esenyurt ve Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc en \u00e7ok tercih edilen yerler olurken Antalya\u2019da denize yak\u0131n olan Muratpa\u015fa, Konyaalt\u0131, Alanya ve Manavgat se\u00e7iliyor. Ankara\u2019da ise gelir d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksek olanlar \u00c7ankaya\u2019dan yana tercih yaparken, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck b\u00fct\u00e7eliler Mamak ve Alt\u0131nda\u011f\u2019dan konut sat\u0131n al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pakistan ve Irak\u2019tan artan talep var<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den konut alan yabanc\u0131lar aras\u0131nda ilk s\u0131rada Irakl\u0131lar yer al\u0131yor. Irak\u2019\u0131 da \u0130ran, Rusya, Katar, Suudi Arabistan, Kuveyt, Sudan, Azerbaycan takip ediyor. Son d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den konut alan milletlerden biri de Pakistanl\u0131lar. Pakistan\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye 600 milyon dolara yakla\u015fan do\u011frudan yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, ticaret hacminin 497 milyon dolara yakla\u015fmas\u0131, iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki ticari ili\u015fkilere T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi Pakistanl\u0131lar i\u00e7in cazip bir hale getiriyor. Pakistan\u2019\u0131n kurucusu Muhammet Ali Cinnah\u2019\u0131n Atat\u00fcrk hayran\u0131 olmas\u0131 da bir di\u011fer tercih edilme nedeni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00fcksek e\u011fitimliler tercih ediyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konut sat\u0131n alan yabanc\u0131larla ilgili ilgin\u00e7 bir detay ise \u00e7o\u011funun \u00fcniversite mezunu, e\u011fitimli ve kendi \u00fclkelerinde ayd\u0131n kesim olarak tan\u0131mlanan ki\u015filer olmalar\u0131.
