Antalya, K\u0131r\u015fehir ve U\u015fak\u2019ta ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 6 ayda sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki yukar\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc hareket dikkat \u00e7ekti. Antalya ve U\u015fak\u2019ta yer alan kiral\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 da bu s\u00fcrede art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Antalya\u2019da sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlarda son 6 ayda Finike yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131na y\u00fczde 93\u2019lere varan oranlarda kazand\u0131rd\u0131. Finike\u2019yi y\u00fczde 36 ile Serik, y\u00fczde 32\u2019yle Kemer ve y\u00fczde 19\u2019la Manavgat izledi.Emlak fiyatlar\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7eken illerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer alan K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019de 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcrede sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Bir y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcrece bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in, emlak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131na y\u00fczde 23 kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcrede kiral\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 en \u00e7ok art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren iller ise Mardin ve U\u015fak oldu. U\u015fak\u2019ta yer alan kiral\u0131k konutlar 6 ayda y\u00fczde 47 oran\u0131nda y\u00fckseli\u015f g\u00f6sterirken, Mardin\u2019deki kiral\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 ise bu s\u00fcrede y\u00fczde 37 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc tek bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda bulu\u015fturan H\u00fcrriyet Emlak, \u00fclke genelindeki verilerden derledi\u011fi Emlak Endeksi\u2019ni a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. H\u00fcrriyet Emlak May\u0131s 2019 Emlak Endeksi* verilerine g\u00f6re sat\u0131l\u0131k ve kiral\u0131k konutlar\u0131n fiyatlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan yukar\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc hareketlenme dikkat \u00e7ekti. A\u00e7\u0131klanan verilere g\u00f6re ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 6 ayda sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131nda K\u0131r\u015fehir y\u00fczde 20 art\u0131\u015fla liste ba\u015f\u0131nda yer ald\u0131. K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019i Antalya ve U\u015fak takip etti.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fcrriyet Emlak May\u0131s 2019 Emlak Endeksi verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmezken, kiral\u0131k konutlarda y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f metrekare fiyat\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00fczde 4 oldu. \u00d6te yandan T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131klarda metrekare ortalama fiyat\u0131 2.150 TL olarak hesaplan\u0131rken kiral\u0131klarda ise metrekare ortalamas\u0131 11 TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131. \u00dclke genelinde konutlar\u0131n amortisman s\u00fcresi ise ortalama 20 y\u0131l olarak hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antalya, K\u0131r\u015fehir ve U\u015fak emlak fiyatlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endeks verileri emlak piyasas\u0131nda Anadolu\u2019da ya\u015fanan hareketlili\u011fi bir kez daha ortaya koydu. Antalya, K\u0131r\u015fehir ve U\u015fak\u2019ta ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 6 ayda sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki yukar\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc hareketle dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bu hareketlenmenin s\u00fcrece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Anadolu\u2019dan yay\u0131lan bu dalgan\u0131n t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki emlak fiyatlar\u0131na da etki edece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rebiliriz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde ekonomik konjonkt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00fclkemiz ve piyasalar i\u00e7in daha iyi bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm sergileyece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeyiz. Emlak fiyatlar\u0131ndaki hareketlenme de buna i\u015faret ediyor.
