H\u00fcrriyet Emlak verilerine g\u00f6re, b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirler kadar Anadolu\u2019daki konut fiyatlar\u0131nda y\u00fckseli\u015f de olduk\u00e7a dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Anadolu\u2019nun bir\u00e7ok \u015fehri emlak piyasas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselen y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 olmaya aday. Emlak fiyatlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan y\u00fckseli\u015fi ortaya koyan endeks verileri, \u00fclke genelindeki hem sat\u0131l\u0131k hem de kiral\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki hareketlili\u011fi de ortaya koydu. 5 b\u00fcy\u00fck ilde yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131na kazand\u0131ran il y\u00fczde 13 ile Antalya oldu, listenin ikinci s\u0131ras\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 5 ile Ankara yer ald\u0131. Endeks verilerine g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul\u2019da bir s\u00fcredir ya\u015fanmakta olan fiyat d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn son \u00fc\u00e7 ayda durdu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc tek bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda bulu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefleyen H\u00fcrriyet Emlak\u2019\u0131n \u00fclke genelindeki verilerden olu\u015fturdu\u011fu Mart ay\u0131 emlak endeksi* verilerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. H\u00fcrriyet Emlak, Emlak Endeksi verileri bir s\u00fcre stabil bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm sergileyen emlak piyasas\u0131ndaki hareketlenmeyi g\u00f6sterdi. Endeks verileri ayr\u0131ca hem kiral\u0131k hem de sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015f ivmesini de ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n<p>Emlak fiyatlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan hareketlili\u011fini g\u00f6steren veriler, fiyatlardaki de\u011fi\u015fkenli\u011fi de ortaya koydu. Verilere g\u00f6re b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirler kadar Anadolu\u2019daki konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u00fckseli\u015f de olduk\u00e7a dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en illerimiz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sat\u0131l\u0131k emlak piyasas\u0131nda son bir y\u0131lda K\u0131r\u015fehir (%28) ve Malatya (%20) y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en bir grafik \u00e7izerken, y\u00fczde 13\u2019le Antalya ve Elaz\u0131\u011f da benzer bir e\u011filim g\u00f6sterdi. Son \u00fc\u00e7 ayda ise Kahramanmara\u015f (%6) ve Mardin (%5) sat\u0131l\u0131k konut piyas\u0131nda y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en fiyatlarla dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endeks verilerine g\u00f6re, sat\u0131l\u0131k emlak piyasas\u0131nda bir y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcrede K\u0131r\u015fehir (%28) ve Malatya (%20) y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en bir grafik \u00e7izdi. Pendik, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar ve Avc\u0131lar gibi semtlerde ise fiyatlarda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir e\u011filim g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Sat\u0131l\u0131k konut piyasas\u0131nda son \u00fc\u00e7 ayda ise fiyatlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f e\u011filimi sergileyen il\u00e7elerin ba\u015f\u0131nda Be\u015fikta\u015f (%6) ve Sancaktepe (%5) geldi. Anadolu \u00f6zelinde bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda sat\u0131l\u0131k konut piyasas\u0131nda ciddi bir hareketlenme oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. K\u0131r\u015fehir, Malatya ve Antalya gibi illerimizde y\u00fczde 30\u2019lara varan fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. Anadolu\u2019daki bu hareketlenmenin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde devam edece\u011fini ve Anadolu\u2019dan yay\u0131lan bu dalgan\u0131n t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki emlak fiyatlar\u0131na etki edece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rebiliriz. Y\u0131l\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011fiyle birlikte ekonomik konjonkt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00fclkemiz ve piyasalar i\u00e7in bug\u00fcne g\u00f6re daha iyi bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm sergileyece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeyiz. Emlak fiyatlar\u0131ndaki hareketlenme de buna i\u015faret ediyor.
