Son d\u00f6nemde\u00a0<\/b>gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in uyyap\u0131langulanan KDV ve tapu harc\u0131 indirimi\u00a031 Aral\u0131k 2019&#8217;a kadar uzat\u0131ld\u0131 ve konut kredi faizleri ise y\u00fczde 1.28&#8217;e indirildi. Bug\u00fcnlerde art\u0131k ev almak isteyenler i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmayacak bir f\u0131rsat do\u011fmu\u015f oldu. \u0130NDER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nazmi Durbakay\u0131m, KDV ve tapu harc\u0131 indiriminin, mevduat faizi bask\u0131s\u0131 ve konut kredisi y\u00fck\u00fcyle m\u00fccadele eden sekt\u00f6re, doping etkisi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Nazmi Durbakay\u0131m, 6 ay i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fan maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n konutta fiyatlara hen\u00fcz yans\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.
