Kanunen kiraya verilen meskende oturan kirac\u0131ya \u00fcretici fiyat endeksi oranlar\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek oranda zam yap\u0131lam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde enflasyon oranlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan y\u00fckseli\u015fin kiralara olumsuz yans\u0131mas\u0131 ile kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 hesaplamas\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe gidildi.<\/p>\n<p>Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Strateji B\u00fct\u00e7e Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan Orta Vadeli Ekonomi Program\u0131 (2019-2021) ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Yeni Ekonomi Paketince kira zamlar\u0131 art\u0131k \u00fcretici fiyat endeksi oranlar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011filde, kira art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131na dair \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r t\u00fcketici fiyat endeksi (T\u00dcFE) oranlar\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenecek.\u00a0Yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler T\u00fcrk Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu&#8217;nun T\u00fcketici Fiyat Endeksi&#8217;ndeki (T\u00dcFE) 12 ay ortalamalara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fim oran\u0131n\u0131n esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcm, kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri ile akdedilmi\u015f di\u011fer kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin yenilenmesinde yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<h2>2019 Mart ay\u0131nda kira art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Konut veya i\u015f yeri kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini Mart ay\u0131nda yenilenen kirac\u0131lara ne kadar zam yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bug\u00fcn belli oldu. T\u00fcketici fiyat endeksi (T\u00dcFE) ayl\u0131k 0,16 oranda artt\u0131. Yurt i\u00e7i \u00fcretici fiyat endeksi ayl\u0131k y\u00fczde 0,09 oranda\u00a0 artt\u0131.
