Ta\u015f\u0131t kredisinde ortalama ayl\u0131k faiz oran\u0131 2.22, konut kredisi faiz oran\u0131 ise\u00a0y\u00fczde 1.96. 2018 A\u011fustos ve Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda olan seviyelere g\u00f6re faizler 10 puandan fazla d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Faiz oranlar\u0131nda 2019 Mart, Nisana aylar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn daha da h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 bekleniyordu.<\/p>\n<h2>Konut kredisinde en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck y\u00fczde 1.49<\/h2>\n<p>Vak\u0131fBank, d\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 faiz indirimi ile vatanda\u015f\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyet ile kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 vede ekonomiye destek olmak i\u00e7in faiz indiriminde erken davranarak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir faiz karar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f oldu. Vak\u0131fbank konut, ta\u015f\u0131t ve bireysel ihtiya\u00e7 kredisi faiz orann\u0131 ortalama faizlerinide olduk\u00e7a alt\u0131na \u00e7ekti. Buna g\u00f6re; banka 1.5 milyon liraya kadar olan konut kredilerinde ayl\u0131k faiz oran\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 1.63\u2019ten y\u00fczde 1.49 oran\u0131na \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne kadar avantaj sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oldu?<\/h2>\n<p>Son faiz indirimi ile 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k vade ile 100 bin TL konut kredisi kullananlar, 13 bin 120 TL\u00a0avantaj sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olacak.
