R\u00f6nesans\u2019\u0131n i\u015ftiraki Ballast Nedam taraf\u0131ndan projesi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen Blankenburg Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yolu (The Blankenburg Connection), otoyol ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131, yollar ve bat\u0131rma t\u00fcnellerden olu\u015furken,\u00a0<span class=\"m_569421750877561836introduction\">Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n di\u011fer \u015fehirleriyle \u00e7evre b\u00f6lgelerden\u00a0<\/span>Rotterdam\u2019a eri\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>Blankenburg Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yolu, bir m\u00fchendislik ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 olmakla kalmad\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6nemli R\u00f6nesans\u2019a Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6d\u00fcllerinden birini de getirdi. Uluslararas\u0131 kritik projelerinin finansmanlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren PFI (Project Finance International), projeyi Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>\u201c<\/strong>Y\u0131l\u0131n Anla\u015fmas\u0131 &#8211; Transport Deal of the Year\u201d se\u00e7ti. Hollanda\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen en b\u00fcy\u00fck PPP projesi olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunun yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 Milyon euro proje bedeli bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Projenin toplam bedeli 900 milyon euro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck PPP pazarlar\u0131ndan Hollanda\u2019da devam eden Blankenburg Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yolu Projesi, R\u00f6nesans\u2019\u0131n da bu alanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elde etti\u011fi deneyimi Avrupa\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Mevcut ve yeni altyap\u0131n\u0131n tasar\u0131m\u0131ndan olu\u015fan Blankenburg Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yolu, mevcut iki otoyolun aras\u0131na her y\u00f6nde \u00fc\u00e7 toplamda 6 \u015feritli bir otoyolun in\u015fa edildi\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir proje. Proje, yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 metrelik bir karayolu t\u00fcneli (Hollanda T\u00fcneli), yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 metrelik bir bat\u0131rma t\u00fcnel (Maasdelta T\u00fcneli), iki b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcstge\u00e7it ve mevcut A20&#8217;nin geni\u015fletilmesi dahil olmak \u00fczere, yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 km&#8217;lik yeni bir otoyol ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k 5,5 y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek projenin 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k i\u015fletim hakk\u0131 bulunuyor. Proje bedeli yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 milyon euro olarak belirlenen \u201cThe Blankenburg Connection\u201d, b\u00f6ylece Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck altyap\u0131 proje anla\u015fmalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.
