Elmas, butik proje olarak Mart 2016&#8217;da sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kan G\u00f6l Bah\u00e7e&#8217;de konutlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80&#8217;inin sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 dile getirdi. May\u0131s ay\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kan Lavender projesinde de sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan ilk 100 konuttan 88&#8217;ini \u015fimdiden satt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Elmas, &#8220;Biz \u015firket olarak satt\u0131k dedi\u011fimiz konutlarda s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalanm\u0131\u015f demektir. Altan Elmas, bah\u00e7e katlar\u0131n\u0131 alan ki\u015filerin hem oturmak hem de yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in bu konutlar\u0131 tercih edebildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Bah\u00e7e katlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131c\u0131ya villa havas\u0131nda konut zevkini ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Elmas, bu t\u00fcr evlerin al\u0131c\u0131ya ayn\u0131 zamanda masraflar\u0131n ortak \u00f6dendi\u011fi geni\u015f bir peyzaj imkan\u0131 sundu\u011funu aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirket bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 4 yeni proje daha in\u015fa edecek. S\u00f6zkonusu projelerin toplam cirosu 2 milyar 100 milyon lira olacak.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcMRAN\u0130YE&#8217;YE YEN\u0130 YAPILARI SIRALAYACAK<\/h2>\n<p>Yeni yap\u0131lacak projelerin biri \u00dcmraniye&#8217;de 300&#8217;e yak\u0131n ofis ve 50 civar\u0131nda ma\u011fazadan olu\u015fan Exen \u0130stanbul Ofis ismiyle y\u00fckselecek. \u015eirket yine \u00dcmraniye&#8217;de 200-250 konutlu bir ba\u015fka projeyi devreye alacak. Burada yap\u0131lacak konutlar az katl\u0131 olacak. Topkap\u0131 bir ba\u015fka proje alan\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Altan Elmas, buraya da 300 konutlu proje yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiriyor. Projenin ula\u015f\u0131m hatlar\u0131n\u0131n kesi\u015fti\u011fi bir noktada yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve kolay ula\u015f\u0131labilir oldu\u011funa da vurgu yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u015eirketin ruhsat bekledi\u011fi ve sat\u0131\u015fa yak\u0131n bir tarihte \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir di\u011fer proje \u0130stanbul-Ko\u015fuyolu olarak veriliyor.<\/p>\n<h2>KONUT ED\u0130N\u0130M\u0130 25 YA\u015eA \u0130ND\u0130<\/h2>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 kesimin konut ediniminde istekli oldu\u011funa vurgu yapan Elmas, \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu: &#8220;Sekt\u00f6r gen\u00e7lerle hareketli.
