T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re 2017 y\u0131l\u0131na k\u0131yasla yabanc\u0131ya sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80 seviyesinde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6rde; \u0130stanbul 14 bin konutla birinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131rken, Antalya 2 bin 7 y\u00fcz konutla ikinci, Bursa ve Ankara 2 bin 133 konutla \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. \u00d6zellikle d\u00f6viz kurunun y\u00fckselmesiyle paralel olarak artan yabanc\u0131 ilgisinin banka deste\u011fiyle daha da artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Cathay Group Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mahmut Alper Tu\u011fsuz gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fckselme beklediklerini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkelerinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye olan ilgisinin devam etmesinin sevindirici oldu\u011funu kaydeden Tu\u011fsuz, Irak\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda \u0130ran, Suudi Arabistan ve Rusya Federasyonu\u2019nun ilgisinin gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kayda de\u011fer bir hareketlilik sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011findi. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda uygulanan uzun vadeli ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli kredi avantajlar\u0131ndan yararlanmadan bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi gurbet\u00e7ilerimizin vatan sevgisinin bir \u00f6zetidir. Gerek kamu gerekse \u00f6zel bankalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetin giri\u015fimiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki gayrimenkullerin yabanc\u0131 bankalar nezdinde de\u011ferlendirilerek mortgage sistemine dahil edilmesi durumunda gurbet\u00e7i vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 500 \u2013 600 bin konut daha alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Gurbet\u00e7i vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011ferlendiriyor<br \/>\nMortgage\u2019ye dahil olunmas\u0131 durumunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de faizlerin y\u00fczde 1\u2019in alt\u0131na inmesiyle yurt i\u00e7inde ya\u015fanan h\u0131zlanman\u0131n daha da \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir h\u0131zlanma beklediklerini kaydeden Tu\u011fsuz s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cGurbet\u00e7ilerimizin geleceklerini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 tasarruflar ve birikimleri var. Bizim \u00fclke olarak gurbet\u00e7ilerimizin bu birikimlerini T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011ferlendirmelerini sa\u011flamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Avrupa\u2019da kredi faizlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve vadelerin uzunlu\u011fu bizim i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir avantaj. \u015eu anki sistemde Avrupa\u2019daki bankalar \u00fclkemizdeki gayrimenkul\u00fc teminat olarak kabul etmiyorlar. 15 \u2013 20 y\u0131l \u00f6nce kabul ettikleri teminat\u0131 bug\u00fcn reddediyorlar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla gurbet\u00e7ilerimiz ancak ihtiya\u00e7 kredisi gibi k\u0131sa vadeli ve y\u00fcksek faizli kredilerle nakit ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den gayrimenkul sat\u0131n al\u0131m\u0131 yapabiliyor. Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015fayan yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 milyon vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da beklentisi bu y\u00f6ndedir diye tahmin ediyorum.
