Ekonomik ve mali yeterli\u011fe ili\u015fkin belgeler ve bu belgelerin ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 gereken kriterler:<br \/>\n4.2.1. \u0130steklinin ihalenin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldan \u00f6nceki y\u0131la ait y\u0131l sonu bilan\u00e7osu veya e\u015fde\u011fer belgeleri:<br \/>\n\u0130steklinin ihalenin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldan \u00f6nceki y\u0131la ait y\u0131l sonu bilan\u00e7osu veya e\u015fde\u011fer belgeleri;<br \/>\na) \u0130lgili mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca bilan\u00e7osunu yay\u0131mlatma zorunlulu\u011fu olan istekliler y\u0131l sonu bilan\u00e7osunu veya bilan\u00e7onun gerekli kriterlerin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini,<br \/>\nb) \u0130lgili mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca bilan\u00e7osunu yay\u0131mlatma zorunlulu\u011fu olmayan istekliler, y\u0131l sonu bilan\u00e7osunu veya bilan\u00e7onun gerekli kriterlerin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini ya da bu kriterlerin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek \u00fczere serbest muhasebeci, yeminli mali m\u00fc\u015favir veya serbest muhasebeci mali m\u00fc\u015favir taraf\u0131ndan standart forma uygun olarak d\u00fczenlenen belgeyi sunar.<br \/>\nSunulan bilan\u00e7o veya e\u015fde\u011fer belgelerde;<br \/>\na) Cari oran\u0131n (d\u00f6nen varl\u0131klar \/ k\u0131sa vadeli bor\u00e7lar) en az 0,75 olmas\u0131,<br \/>\nb) \u00d6z kaynak oran\u0131n\u0131n (\u00f6z kaynaklar\/ toplam aktif) en az 0,15 olmas\u0131,<br \/>\nc) K\u0131sa vadeli banka bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z kaynaklara oran\u0131n\u0131n 0,50\u2019den k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131, yeterlik kriterleridir ve bu \u00fc\u00e7 kriter birlikte aran\u0131r.<br \/>\nYukar\u0131da belirtilen kriterleri bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131lda sa\u011flayamayanlar, son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131la kadar olan y\u0131llar\u0131n belgelerini sunabilirler. Bu takdirde belgeleri sunulan y\u0131llar\u0131n parasal tutarlar\u0131n\u0131n ortalamas\u0131 \u00fczerinden yeterlik kriterlerinin sa\u011flan\u0131p sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130hale veya son ba\u015fvuru tarihi y\u0131l\u0131n ilk d\u00f6rt ay\u0131nda olan ihalelerde, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la ait belgelerini sunmayanlar, iki \u00f6nceki y\u0131la ait belgelerini sunabilirler. Bu belgelerde, yeterlik kriterini sa\u011flayamayanlar ise iki \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n belgeleri ile \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6nceki ve d\u00f6rt \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n belgelerini sunabilirler. Bu durumda, belgeleri sunulan y\u0131llar\u0131n parasal tutarlar\u0131n\u0131n ortalamas\u0131 \u00fczerinden yeterlik kriterlerinin sa\u011flan\u0131p sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n4.2.2. \u0130\u015f hacmini g\u00f6steren belgeler:<br \/>\n\u0130steklinin ihalenin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldan \u00f6nceki y\u0131la ait, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen belgelerden birini sunmas\u0131 yeterlidir;<br \/>\na) Toplam cirosunu g\u00f6steren gelir tablosu,<br \/>\nb) Taahh\u00fct alt\u0131nda devam eden yap\u0131m i\u015flerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n veya bitirilen yap\u0131m i\u015flerinin parasal tutar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren faturalar.<br \/>\n\u0130steklinin cirosunun teklif etti\u011fi bedelin % 25 inden, taahh\u00fct alt\u0131nda devam eden yap\u0131m i\u015flerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n veya bitirilen yap\u0131m i\u015flerinin parasal tutar\u0131 i\u00e7in ise teklif edilen bedelin % 15 inden az olmamas\u0131 gerekir. Bu kriterlerden herhangi birini sa\u011flayan ve sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kritere ili\u015fkin belgeyi sunan istekli yeterli kabul edilecektir.<br \/>\nBu kriterleri ihalenin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldan \u00f6nceki y\u0131l i\u00e7in sa\u011flayamayanlar, ihalenin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldan \u00f6nceki y\u0131ldan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere birbirini takip eden son alt\u0131 y\u0131la kadarki belgelerini sunabilirler.
