Projede fiyatlar al\u0131c\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle 5+2 olarak planlanan dairelerin say\u0131s\u0131 azalt\u0131ld\u0131 ve 3+1&#8217;lere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine karar verildi. Sonras\u0131nda ise projede plan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yap\u0131l\u0131rken arsa sahipleri ile in\u015faat firmas\u0131 aras\u0131nda anla\u015fmazl\u0131k oldu ve bu anla\u015fmazl\u0131k sonras\u0131nda Real Konaklar Yedikule\u00a0projesinin iptal edilmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p>25 Nisan 2018&#8217;de lansman yap\u0131ld\u0131 lansman s\u0131ras\u0131nda konutlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 10&#8217;luk k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak o zamandan beri 7 ayda projede hi\u00e7 daire sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lamad\u0131.\u00a0Real Group, proje iptali ile arsa \u00fczerine yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu sat\u0131\u015f ofisi ile ruhsat al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 masraflar\u0131n pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Real Konaklar projesinin internet sitesi de kapat\u0131ld\u0131.
