D\u00fcnyan\u0131n al\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc en y\u00fcksek \u00fclkelerinden biri olan Rusya&#8217;y\u0131 yok sayamay\u0131z. H\u00fck\u00fcmetin att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131m\u0131 destekleyici at\u0131l\u0131mlar yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi Rusya&#8217;da tan\u0131tmam\u0131z gerek\u201d dedi. \u00a0T\u00fcrkiye ve Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n 24 Kas\u0131m&#8217;da ya\u015fan u\u00e7ak krizinden sonra iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki ticaret de ask\u0131ya al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde iki \u00fclke aras\u0131nda esen bar\u0131\u015f r\u00fczgarlar\u0131, piyasalara hemen olumlu yans\u0131maya ba\u015flad\u0131. Turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere,\u00a0 g\u0131da, tekstil gibi sekt\u00f6rler olduk\u00e7a \u00fcmitli. Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn de bu esen r\u00fczgardan en \u00e7ok etkilenen sekt\u00f6rlerden biri olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<h4>Hamit Demir: \u201cRusya&#8217;ya uzat\u0131lan \u2018Zeytin Dal\u0131&#8217; konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne de de\u011fecek\u201d<\/h4>\n<p>Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00f6nemli bir kom\u015fusu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Demir \u0130n\u015faat Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hamit Demir, iki \u00fclke aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan olumlu geli\u015fmelerin gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc pozitif anlamda etkileyece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Hamit Demir; \u201cBug\u00fcn bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yabanc\u0131 \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi en \u00e7ok Irak ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Kuveyt, \u0130ran, Afganistan ve T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti \u00fclkelerinin tercih etti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.\u00a0 Ancak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin kuzey kom\u015fusu ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00fclkelerinden biri olarak kabul edilen Rusya&#8217;y\u0131 yok say\u0131yoruz. H\u00fck\u00fcmetin Rusya&#8217;ya uzatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018zeytin dal\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ba\u015fta turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olmak \u00fczere gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de olumlu y\u00f6nde etkileyece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorum.\u00a0 Sekt\u00f6r oyuncular\u0131 olarak bizler nas\u0131l \u0130ran, Irak, Kuveyt&#8217;te pazarlama stratejileri ve faaliyetleri yap\u0131yorsak, Rusya i\u00e7in de h\u00fckumetin ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekleyici aksiyonlar yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Rusya&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen fuar ve etkinlikleri takip etmeliyiz. \u00d6zetle Rusya&#8217;da T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapmal\u0131y\u0131z. Uzat\u0131lan bu &#8216;zeytin dal\u0131&#8217; konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne de de\u011fecektir. \u0130lerleyen g\u00fcnlerde iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler daha da yerine oturacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h4>Rusya konut al\u0131m\u0131nda 4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada<\/h4>\n<p>May\u0131s 2012&#8217;de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konan M\u00fctekabiliyet Yasas\u0131 ile birlikte yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den m\u00fclk sahibi olmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 2013 \u2013 2016 tarihleri aras\u0131nda T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yakla\u015f\u0131k 62 bin adet konut yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara sat\u0131ld\u0131. Bu rakam\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131 ve \u00e7evresindeki \u00fclkeler olu\u015fturuyor. Yine T\u00dc\u0130K verileri do\u011frultusunda 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda sadece yabanc\u0131lara sat\u0131lan 7 bin 926 konutun,\u00a0 bin 400 adedini Irakl\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ald\u0131. Listenin ikinci s\u0131ras\u0131nda Kuveyt ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda ise Suudi Arabistan yer al\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en fazla al\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip \u00fclkelerinden biri olarak kabul edilen Rusya ise bu listenin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h4>\u0130stanbul&#8217;dan sonra Antalya reva\u00e7ta<\/h4>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin her co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan tercih edildi\u011fini kaydeden Hamit Demir, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sadece \u0130stanbul de\u011fil,\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bir\u00e7ok semtine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131klar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Demir, \u201cHer \u00fclke T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den farkl\u0131 bir lokasyon tercih ediyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin Yalova&#8217;dan Tekirda\u011f&#8217;a kadar uzanan, \u0130stanbul&#8217;u da i\u00e7ine alan aks\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak Arap yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n tercih etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri temsilcisi Dubaili yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ise , Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;yle ilgileniyorlar. Kuzey kom\u015fumuz Rusya ise, Antalya ve Mersin gibi Akdeniz iklimine hakim s\u0131cak kentleri seviyorlar. Verilere g\u00f6re, yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar \u0130stanbul&#8217;dan sonra en \u00e7ok Antalya&#8217;dan konut al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131yorlar.\u00a0 Demir \u0130n\u015faat olarak bizler de markal\u0131 konut konseptimizi Antalya&#8217;da devam ettirmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. Bu kapsamda b\u00f6lgede proje geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Antalya&#8217;da ilgilendi\u011fimiz birka\u00e7 arsa var. Antalya&#8217;ya \u0130stanbul standartlar\u0131nda bir proje yapmak istiyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h4>Demir \u0130n\u015faat&#8217;tan Ukrayna&#8217;ya 25 milyon dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/h4>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nde gelen markas\u0131 Demir \u0130n\u015faat, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u0130stanbul&#8217;un \u00e7e\u015fitli semtlerinde nitelikli konut projeleriyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki tecr\u00fcbesini yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131yan \u015firket, Ukrayna&#8217;da T\u00fcrk \u015eehri ad\u0131yla, konut, otel ve AVM&#8217;den olu\u015fan bir proje geli\u015ftirdi. Ukrayna Vinnitsya&#8217;da yakla\u015f\u0131k 600 daire ve bir otelden olu\u015fan, alt\u0131nda ticari alanlar bulunan projeye ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l\u0131n ekim ay\u0131nda start veren \u015firket, y\u0131llar \u00f6nce Kiev&#8217;de sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 530 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck b\u00fcy\u00fck arazisinde, AVM, konut, villa ve otelden olu\u015fan yeni bir proje planl\u0131yor. Demir \u0130n\u015faat Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hamit Demir, \u201c2007-2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ukrayna&#8217;da proje geli\u015ftirmek \u00fczere arazi alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. 2008 kriziyle beraber dura\u011fana ge\u00e7tik. Fiyatlar\u0131n dip yapmas\u0131yla orada arazi al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fck. 2015&#8217;te Ukrayna-Rusya aras\u0131ndaki K\u0131r\u0131m krizinin durulmas\u0131yla yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015flad\u0131k\u201d dedi. Vinnitsya&#8217;daki otel ve konut projesine ilk etapta 25 milyon dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m planlan\u0131yor. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ekim ay\u0131nda in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flanan projenin 200 daireden olu\u015fan ilk etab\u0131n\u0131n 18 ay gibi bir s\u00fcrede teslim edilmesi, 2.Etap ve 3.Etap&#8217;lar\u0131n da benzer periyodlarla teslim edilmesi hedefleniyor. Kiev projesinde ise, imar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<h4>\u0130kinci Ad\u0131m Almanya<\/h4>\n<p>Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Ukrayna&#8217;dan ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerde de proje geli\u015ftiren \u015firket Almanya&#8217;ya da a\u00e7\u0131lmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haziran ay\u0131ndan itibaren Almanya Berlin&#8217;de bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Demir, \u201cBerlin&#8217;de devletten yani bakanl\u0131ktan talep etti\u011fimiz \u00fc\u00e7 yerimiz vard\u0131, bunlardan ikisi onayland\u0131. S\u00fcre\u00e7 gayet olumlu bir \u015fekilde ilerliyor. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde Almanya&#8217;ya giderek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flataca\u011f\u0131z.
