Bu alanda 537 konut ve 44 d\u00fckk\u00e2n in\u015fa edilerek k\u00f6hnemi\u015f, \u00e7arp\u0131k yap\u0131la\u015fma bulunan ve yeterli sosyal donat\u0131 olmayan alandan hak sahiplerinin tasfiyesi planland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Projede konutlar 104\u2019\u00fc 2+1, 205\u2019i 3+1 ve 228\u2019i ise 4+1 plan\u0131nda in\u015fa edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Projeyle <strong>\u201cyerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u201d<\/strong> esas al\u0131narak, hak sahiplerine d\u00fckk\u00e2nlar\u0131, park\u0131, peyzaj\u0131, spor ve oyun alanlar\u0131 ile \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f standartlarda nitelikli bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7land\u0131.
