Mimar Murat \u015eahin<\/strong>\u2019e g\u00f6re \u00fclkemizde 2000\u2019lerle birlikte yo\u011fun olarak yer bulmaya ba\u015flayan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n temel nedenleri; g\u00f6\u00e7, yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131la\u015fma, \u00f6zellikle deprem olmak \u00fczere do\u011fal afetler, kent merkezlerinin ve eski kent par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcz\u00fclme s\u00fcreci temel ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 etraf\u0131nda \u015fekilleniyor. Hatay\u2019\u0131n da 1. derece deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor olmas\u0131, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sanayi \u2013 hal \u2013 eski otogar\u0131 kapsayan 10.7 hektar alan\u0131n kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm alan\u0131 olarak belirlenmesinde etkili olmu\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mimar Murat \u015eahin: \u201cProjede sahip olunan potansiyeller birbirini tetikledi&#8230;\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projeyi ele al\u0131rken kentsel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na, Hatay\u2019\u0131n farkl\u0131 dinlere mekan olmu\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karacak kentsel bir imge olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f. Mevcut geleneksel kent dokusuna uygun bir \u015fekilde kurgulanan projede; insan odakl\u0131 fiziksel kurgu, kente entegrasyon, iklimlendirme ve avlu olu\u015fumlar\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131n ana \u00e7izgisini olu\u015fturmu\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Murat \u015eahin,<\/strong>\u00a0otel, m\u00fcze ve konut b\u00f6lgelerinden olu\u015fan, Haraparas\u0131 ve Saint Pierre Park\u0131 alanlar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayan\u00a0<strong>Hatay Dinler ve Medeniyetler Projesi<\/strong>\u2019ni\u00a0\u015fehrin potansiyelini de de\u011ferlendirerek kurgulad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, genel tasar\u0131m kararlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu c\u00fcmlelerle \u00f6zetliyor:<strong>\u00a0\u201cHaraparas\u0131 b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, kentsel \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki dinamikleri ve bunlar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sorgulad\u0131k. Ara sokaklar, \u00e7\u0131kmazlar, teras kullan\u0131mlar\u0131, revaklar, avlular yani yerele ait ne varsa bizim modern hayat i\u00e7in tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projeye \u2018\u00f6z\u2019 olarak girmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. O al\u0131\u015fagelmi\u015f imar\/parsel ili\u015fkisini hibrid bir yerle\u015fim \u015femas\u0131 haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fck. Bu s\u0131rada yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projenin kente nas\u0131l entegre olaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda da kafa yormaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Hatay\u2019\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu potansiyel de bizim i\u015fimizi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Proje alan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131ndaki potansiyel arkeopark alan\u0131 ve bunu m\u00fcze ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme imkan\u0131 derken bir anda\u00a0Saint<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Pierre<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Kilisesi\u2019ne\u00a0<\/strong><strong>kadar ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Belki de projenin en \u00e7ekici yanlar\u0131ndan biri de oras\u0131yd\u0131. Saint Pierre Kilisesi\u2019nin etraf\u0131na bir tema park\u0131 \u00f6nerdik. Ama as\u0131l mesele, tasar\u0131m yapmadan tasar\u0131m yapmak oldu. Tamamen yal\u0131n yollar ve y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f parkurlar\u0131 olacak \u015fekilde tasarlanmadan \u015fekillendirilecek bir alan olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck. T\u00fcm s\u00fcreci d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde sahip olunan potansiyeller birbirini tetikledi diyebiliriz.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hatay geleneksel kent dokusuna s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olan, mevcut durumda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sanayi ve meyve sebze halinin bulundu\u011fu fiziksel a\u00e7\u0131dan bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fc b\u00f6lgesinin yenilenme projesi olarak betimlenen\u00a0<strong>Haraparas\u0131 Projesi<\/strong>, Hatay\u2019\u0131n girift sokaklar\u0131n\u0131, damak tad\u0131n\u0131, sanat tarihini ve 3 semavi dinin \u2018bir\u2019li\u011fini i\u015faret eden alan\u0131n, ekonomik \u2013 sosyal \u2013 fiziksel bak\u0131mdan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde geli\u015fmesini ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PDG Mimarlar<\/strong>, medeniyetler be\u015fi\u011fi Hatay\u2019da \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ve Hatay\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn kimli\u011fine\u00a0\u00a0vurgu yapacak 3 konu olan organik doku, sanat tarihi ve gastronomiyi, bu alanlarda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u00fc\u00e7 sokak tasar\u0131m\u0131 ile projeye entegre etmi\u015f.\u00a0Projenin, turistik, ticaret, m\u00fcze, k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi ve \u00fcniversite fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131ran Medeniyetler Soka\u011f\u0131, at\u00f6lyeler, sanat galerileri, e\u011fitim birimleri, performans ve g\u00f6steri mekanlar\u0131 i\u00e7eren Sanat Soka\u011f\u0131, y\u00f6renin geleneksel tatlar\u0131n\u0131 restoranlar\u0131 ile deneyime sunan Gurme Soka\u011f\u0131 bile\u015fenleriyle kent tarihine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hatay gibi tarihi \u00e7ok eskilere dayanan ve \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tescillenmi\u015f bir kentin, yeni bir kent par\u00e7as\u0131na adapte olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in simgesel bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimseyen\u00a0<strong>PDG Mimarlar<\/strong>, mekanda, 3 semavi dine ev sahipli\u011fi yapmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f, e\u015fitli\u011fi temsil eden 3 adet kare doku temellendirmi\u015f.
