Ankete kat\u0131lan Antalyal\u0131lar\u0131n % 50\u2019si Alanya\u2019da yazl\u0131k konut kiralamaya y\u00f6neliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u0130stanbul \u00e7evresinde nerelere bak\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yazl\u0131k konutta uzun s\u00fcrelerde tatilleri olanlar i\u00e7in uzak b\u00f6lgeler reva\u00e7ta iken \u0130stanbul \u00e7evresi, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ok yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve \u00e7ocuklu aileler i\u00e7in en \u00e7ok tercih edilen b\u00f6lge. JETHAT anketine g\u00f6re, Ke\u015fan, \u015eark\u00f6y, Enez, Sakarya, \u00c7anakkale, Bal\u0131kesir ve Yalova bu kesimin tercihi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ula\u015f\u0131m projelerinin ve altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesi ile konutta se\u00e7eneklerin de artmas\u0131, bu b\u00f6lgelerde yazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ikinci konut olarak da g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine neden oluyor. \u0130stanbul \u00e7evresine a\u00e7\u0131lamayan \u0130stanbullular\u2019\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez g\u00f6zdesi ise Silivri, \u015eile ve Adalar\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Yazl\u0131k konut i\u00e7in 300 bin TL\u2019den az b\u00fct\u00e7e ayr\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JETHAT kullan\u0131c\u0131 anketine kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n yazl\u0131k konutu sat\u0131n almak i\u00e7in ay\u0131rabilecekleri b\u00fct\u00e7e % 68 oranla 100-300 bin TL aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Kalan % 32\u2019lik kesim ise yazl\u0131k konuta 300 bin TL\u2019den fazla b\u00fct\u00e7e ay\u0131rabilecek g\u00fc\u00e7te oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- \u00d6nce fiyata, sonra lokasyon ve kaliteye bak\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n % 59\u2019u fiyat\u0131 yazl\u0131k konut se\u00e7imindeki ilk kriter olarak tan\u0131mlarken, \u00f6nem s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re onu lokasyon ve yap\u0131 kalitesi izliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6- Sat\u0131l\u0131k yazl\u0131k isteyenlerin oran\u0131 % 86, kiral\u0131k isteyenlerinki % 14<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yazl\u0131k konutu sat\u0131n almak, her ne kadar bak\u0131m maliyetleri gerektirse de, T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 sezonluk kiralamalarla ortalamadan daha y\u00fcksek kiralar \u00f6demeyi tercih etmiyor. S\u0131f\u0131r konut sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n % 46,1\u2019e y\u00fckselerek hem son 3 ay\u0131n ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n hem de ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ise olumlu. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n bahar d\u00f6nemindeki s\u0131f\u0131r konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n tapuya d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130kinci elde hala bir bekle-g\u00f6r s\u00fcreci oldu\u011fu, bu nedenle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f oran\u0131n\u0131n yine s\u0131f\u0131r konuttaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015ften daha y\u00fcksek seyretti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Toplam verilere bakacak olursak, konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 4 ayda % 7,5 d\u00fc\u015ferek 406.964 adede geriledi. \u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015f ise 4 ayda % 30 d\u00fc\u015ferek 117.292 adede, s\u0131f\u0131r konut % 5,8 azalarak 186.311 adede, ikinci el konut ise % 8,9 azalarak 220.653 adede indi. KDV, tapu harc\u0131, bankalar\u0131n faiz indirimi ve markal\u0131 projelerde ba\u015flayan % 20 indirim d\u00f6nemiyle sat\u0131\u015flarda pozitif ivmenin May\u0131s ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla al\u0131nacak sonu\u00e7larda g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.
