T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 son bir y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 15\u2019i buldu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00e7ok ilana sahip emlak sitesi H\u00fcrriyet Emlak, Mart 2018 Emlak Endeksi\u2019ni a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. H\u00fcrriyet Emlak Mart 2018 Emlak Endeksi verilerine g\u00f6re, 5 b\u00fcy\u00fck ilde \u0130stanbul d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 art\u0131yor. Son bir y\u0131lda \u0130zmir\u2019de fiyatlar y\u00fczde 31 artarken, Bursa\u2019da y\u00fczde 24, Ankara\u2019da y\u00fczde 21, Antalya\u2019da y\u00fczde 5 artt\u0131. \u0130stanbul ise y\u00fczde 1 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle bu illerin g\u00f6lgesinde kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde de sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 art\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 son bir y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 15 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Metrekare ortalama fiyatlar 2 bin 83 TL olarak hesapland\u0131. Amortisman s\u00fcresi ise 21 y\u0131l oldu. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyat\u0131 en \u00e7ok artan il y\u00fczde 43 art\u0131\u015fla Elaz\u0131\u011f oldu.
