Ayr\u0131ca y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama istihdam\u0131n ilk kez 2 milyonu a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekilen raporda, istihdam g\u00f6stergesinin in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130n\u015faat Malzemesi Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi (T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD)<\/strong>\u2019nin, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7at\u0131 kurulu\u015fu olarak haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0<strong>\u2018Mart 2018 Sekt\u00f6r Raporu<\/strong>\u2019na g\u00f6re; 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>8,9<\/strong>b\u00fcy\u00fcyen in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn performans\u0131n\u0131 yukar\u0131 \u00e7eken en \u00f6nemli etken, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrekte ya\u015fanan y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>18,6<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fcme oldu. B\u00fcy\u00fcmeler, birinci \u00e7eyrekte y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>5,2<\/strong>, ikinci \u00e7eyrekte y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>5,5<\/strong>\u00a0ve d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrekte ise y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>5,8<\/strong>\u00a0olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda in\u015faat harcamalar\u0131, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>25,7<\/strong>\u00a0oran\u0131nda geni\u015fleyerek\u00a0<strong>533,8\u00a0<\/strong>milyar TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6zellikle d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrekteki y\u00fcksek harcamalar\u0131n performans\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 2017\u2019de; konut, konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve altyap\u0131 in\u015faat harcamalar\u0131 birlikte geni\u015fledi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130stihdam ilk kez 2 milyonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde istihdam\u0131n, sekt\u00f6rdeki b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve i\u015flerin geli\u015fimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir g\u00f6sterge oldu\u011fu belirtilen raporda \u015fu bilgiler yer ald\u0131: \u0130stihdam\u0131n, 2008 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana s\u00fcrekli ve kademeli bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde; 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>1,5<\/strong>\u00a0milyonu ge\u00e7en istihdam, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>1 milyon 980 bine<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00fckseldi. Ortalama istihdam 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise\u00a0<strong>2 milyon 95 bin<\/strong>\u00a0ki\u015fiye ula\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6ylece, sekt\u00f6rde y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama istihdam ilk kez\u00a0<strong>2 milyonu<\/strong>\u00a0a\u015ft\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama istihdam\u0131n\u0131n toplam istihdam i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 da 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde\u00a0<strong>7,4<\/strong>\u00a0olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2018 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde 5 \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme ya\u015fand\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u2018Mart 2018 Sekt\u00f6r Raporu\u2019nda,\u00a0<\/strong>in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde y\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyrek d\u00f6neminde 5 \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu geli\u015fmelerin tamam\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131l\u0131n ikinci \u00e7eyre\u011finde de s\u00fcrmesinin beklendi\u011fi \u015fu tespitlerle vurguland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>Konut ve konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 binalarda sat\u0131n alma ve kiralama i\u015fleri zay\u0131flad\u0131. M\u00fcteahhitler, yeni y\u0131lda mali a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131k\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fad\u0131. \u0130lk olarak maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 fiyatlara daha s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n giderek d\u00fc\u015fmesine neden oldu. Sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n yava\u015flamas\u0131 nakit ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlad\u0131. Bankalar\u0131n da kredi vermekte isteksiz oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlendi. Bu nedenle i\u015fletme sermayesi ihtiyac\u0131 artan m\u00fcteahhitlerin daha \u00e7ok barter teklif ettikleri g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Kamu i\u015fleri s\u00fcrmekle birlikte \u00f6demeler yava\u015flad\u0131. Kamu in\u015faat yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ancak kamu \u00f6demelerinde \u00f6nemli bir yava\u015flama oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6deme ve tahsilatlarda, vadelerin uzad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n konut al\u0131m\u0131ndaki pay\u0131 son 5 y\u0131ld\u0131r y\u00fczde 30 seviyesinde<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Raporda ayr\u0131ca \u015fu bilgiler yer ald\u0131: T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda konut al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 29,1\u2019ini kad\u0131nlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 konut say\u0131s\u0131 409 bin 453 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. 2013 ile 2017 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n konut sat\u0131n al\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 29-30 aras\u0131nda kald\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu\u2019nun tapu kay\u0131tlar\u0131 itibar\u0131yla toplula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilere g\u00f6re, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n konut sat\u0131n alma s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6nemli bir yer tuttu\u011fu belirtildi.
